Excellent tour experience! The apartment was clean, modern, and matched the listing perfectly. The host was welcoming, knowledgeable, and answered all our questions clearly. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant visit that left a very positive impression.

The staff here at Roosevelt Collection Lofts; from office personnel to maintenance and concierge are simply outstanding. They have many community events and groups that align with the interest of the residence. Outstanding and beyond. I thank them all. However, I must mention a particular concierge that always has a great smile and welcoming personality. Remeez, despite it all; always have a great upbeat attitude and personality second to none. We recently moved into Roosevelt Collection Lofts, and the experience has been nothing short of fantastic! From the start, the leasing process was smooth and efficient, and the team was incredibly responsive to our questions. Special shout-out to Monica, who went above and beyond to make sure everything went seamlessly. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and truly cared about making our move as easy as possible. On move-in day, everything was ready for us, and we felt so welcomed. The amenities are amazing, and the location is unbeatable – so close to shops, restaurants, and transportation. We’re thrilled to call Roosevelt Collection Lofts home, and we can’t recommend it enough, especially thanks to Monica’s help!

We moved here this past summer and have enjoyed every minute of it so far. Monica definitely made the transition easy for us. The building itself is well kept and everyone here is so friendly. This location is also really ideal. The garage is also perfect for those who have a car. The only thing I would say is that not everyone cleans up their dog's mess so it could start to get smelly. That's the only thing I would say could be worked on. However, that isn't necessarily a building issue, but a resident issue. Speaking of issues, if there are any issues, they always stay on top of it and respond to emails quick! Maintenance is also great.

We love our Roosevelt Collection Lofts community. The staff and services are top notch. The stores, walking path, our building Book Club, activities in our party room and outside rooftop. We enjoy our spacious apartment and our balcony. Most of all we have great neighbors! Loving our community.

We have been residents at Roosevelt Collection Lofts for some time, and our experience has been exceptional. From the moment we moved into our first one-bedroom plus den apartment, we felt right at home. Now, in our spacious two-bedroom plus den, we continue to enjoy the thoughtfully designed layout that offers plenty of space and comfort. The leasing team here is outstanding, and special recognition goes to our leasing manager, Jessica. She’s been an incredible asset to the building, always going above and beyond to bring joy and comfort to the community. Her friendly and approachable demeanor has made a lasting positive impact, creating a sense of belonging that’s hard to find elsewhere. The amenities at Roosevelt Collection are also a standout. Our cozy gym is well-equipped, with modern machines and a great atmosphere. They also offer enjoyable fitness classes like yoga and HIIT, which are a perfect way to stay active without leaving the building. One of the highlights of living here is the beautiful plaza surrounding the complex. It’s not only a great space to relax and take a walk but it’s also close to everything you might need. With Target, Whole Foods, and a variety of retail stores just a short walk away, the convenience is unbeatable. Overall, Roosevelt Collection Lofts isn’t just a place to live—it’s a wonderful community with friendly and supportive people, excellent amenities, and a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Roosevelt Collections Lofts is an amazing place to live in. It’s a great community with an amazing staff! The location is prime and the residents are extremely friendly. I enjoy all the events that happen throughout the month and how attentive the staff is.

My partner and I have lived in Chicago for over 7 years now and five of those years we’ve spent at RC Lofts. The team has always welcomed us home every day and always attentive to our needs as residents. It can be hard to find properties that value residents as people versus a number/occupant. Most renters know the difference between the two. It’s why when we left during the pandemic and thought the grass was greener on the other side only to find out that it wasn’t and came back when we could. I would recommend that anyone at least see if the RC Lofts have the apartment & amenities to meet their needs.

I am a current resident of Roosevelt and have lived here for the past two years. Overall, I have enjoyed an overwhelmingly positive experience living at RC Lofts and would highly recommend it to friends and colleagues. Here are some highlights on what to expect: 1. Spacious, comfortable lofts that feature noise-insulated walls and lots of natural sunlight (I live in the East building). 2. Friendly neighbors and staff - I have not a single complaint over the past two years. 3. Highly supportive staff that are also professional, flexible, and helpful - notably, they helped me with flexible lease arrangements while I navigated a year-long job search. Jessica Greenway especially is magnificent! 4. Ad-Hoc (free-food) building-wide events / surprises 5. Last, but probably most important, a safe living environment for shelter, comfort and productivity. Thanks to a new gig, I'll be leaving soon but I highly recommend this building to anyone in the Chicago area who wants a great living experience in the South Loop area.

We love Living here it is such a great community. We love all of the activities that are scheduled for us to all meet and greet our neighbors, have made it more than just a community but a family. Thank you Jessica, and all the staff here at the RC!
