I've been living here since 2016 and my overall experience is nice. Everyone is managed by highly professionals. They solved each and every issues as soon as I reported. I also love the view from my apartment.

Love the view. I was a resident of the apartment 2017 April to 2017 December. The management is highly professional and I had all modern facilities. My studio was neat and clean. Not only my studio but the whole apartment is neat and clean.

I lived here from 2012 to 2014 (3 years) & in general was very happy with my stay.

lived here from 2009 2010 and I lived on the 16th floor with a new baby. Bed bugs were the least of my problems. When they started to fool around upstairs with the sun deck I ended up fighting with cockroaches. It got so bed when I moved a few of the bastards moved with me and I was horrified.... Mind you I moved from this old vintage building to a new formed high rise on Michigan ave. It took forever for Linda to get someone to spray. Mind you I keep a VERY VERY clean. I have OCD for gods sake. It was just terrible they need to get rid of the management and tear this building down. Shoot the manager or throw the ----- in jail take ur pick

just moved out due to bed bug and management is happy to rent you an apartment but when you need something repair they drag their feet. also there is roaches this is the worst building i have live in. I am happy that I'm out of there. if you want a co;d apaetmwnt in the winter and bed bugs sucking your blood this is the place.
