This building is infested with rats. I said: RATS! I have lived in Chicago all my life and never lived in an apartment with rats. The rent is the cheapest in the city, probably because of the Rats. Worse apartment building I have ever lived in my life. I will pay extra to avoid living with Rats. If you don't like rats in your living area, AVOID THIS BUILDING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.

This place is infested with roaches, bed bugs, and mice. I never had these problems until I moved here. I'm happy to be leaving this place. Also the elevator would break almost every single day. Millie and Yusuf would always promise to fix stuff in our apartment but they never came through. We had the apartment treated for roaches almost every week for a month, but the treatment did nothing. Don't live here.

Stay away from this building. It's infested with bedbugs and mouse. My boyfrjend and I have been living there for almost a year now and we had to deal with bedbugs mouse and roaches. We tried to break our lease but management wouldn't let us so we are stuck here. The bedbugs keep coming back. We had the apartment treated 3 times but they always come back. It's not worth it!
