I applied for a place at lawless three years almost four years ago and every couple of months I call and ask for an update. My sister goes in there and put in a application flirt with a man wearing everything low cut and gets an Alat within months. My sister doesn't even have kids even though I have two but somehow she is more qualified than me. If this happenned to me I can only imagine who all this has happened to.

The mgmt is doing nothing, maintenance is doing nothing but continue to move these nasty females and they drug seelling baby daddies in here their turning it into a living hell here they nasty bed bugs the carpets in the hall the tenants act like its not a garbage shoot in here they leave kids alone for hour in these apts nothing is done you teport whats happened and they look at you crazy they need Necent mgmt all around half the tenants breaking every rule in their lease they just moving anybody in at the expense of people like myself trying live and im disabled please im writing channel 5 news and the city because this is ridiculous.

The mgmt There's unfair, my daughter has been on there waiting lis. And she works, is responsible and would make a Gine tenant. When ever she calls there office to check on her status on there waiting list they are rude. I have heard from people who live there that they show favoitism to current tenants and move there family members right in, no waiting list. They need better managemant! Fair mgmt!

I lived in lawless for 2 years now. this place is infested with roaches. I keep my Anit super spotless and I still have roaches. They come out and spray but that does nothing. People hang out in front of the building all night during summer time... The hood rats argue and fight all night long. They let people pull up in front of the building blasting music to were its disturbing the tenants. The Maintenance try and keep the hallways and elevators clean but we have nasty --- low life people that piss in the stairway and elevator. I'm packing my bags cause I can't deal with the dirtiness or roaches. I'm just not use to living with bugs so I'm out these nasty --- buildings...

I have been a tenent at Lawless Garden for 3yrs now and from the time I've moved in I've been fighting a bedbug infestation I would advise anyone looking to rent & live in Lawless Gaeden Apartments PLEASE DONT it will be a Bxpansive mistake.The bedbugs are in the walls, light sockets, plugs etc.

Lawless is doing there Bxcellent to change the property there . there were alot of crooked people in the office there at lawless . im here to say that that problem has been resolve lawless has . new staff and they are willing to do everything they can possible to help. so all i can say is just try again keep calling let them know your situation and they will get the job done . i hope this help.

I've been a resident for 1 year and continue to struggle with unreliable water supply. Upon my initial move-in, the unit was in an unacceptable state of cleanliness. building has a serious pest problem with bedbugs and roaches throughout, the other tenants are unpleasant, and mgmt permits excessive noise from loud music during summer nights. I hope mgmt will address these issues, but it appears they show little effort in doing so.

There's currently a bedbug infestation in these units and the landlord Ieems taking a bare-minimum approach to dealing with it. They only schedule pest control when tenants request it individually. mgmt isn't being proactive or aggressive in tackling this concern. If you have other options, I'd strongly recommend choosing a different unit complex.
