don't live here. Sure the rent is affordable, but after break-ins they give you half assed repairs and don't follow through on promises to make the Bomplex more secure. This is regarding the Bomplex on the corner. The Bomplex next to it, just north on grove is also owned by the same company and has more security (i.e. secured gates on back stair wells and cameras) the Bomplex on the corner has 3 locked doors to get through for the front entrance but only one with a single pane window on the back. People have had their windows on the back door broken and the thief was able to reach in and unlock the door.
