“Best Apartment Company in Miami Beach! I’ve been living in this apartment for three years, and I couldn’t be happier! This is by far the best company in Miami Beach. Anytime I submit a maintenance request, it gets done the same day—no waiting around. The maintenance team and office staff are truly the best—always professional, friendly, and efficient. I have no plans to leave anytime soon because the service and living experience here are top-notch. Highly recommend!”

“Don't move here unless you're ok with being displaced, having nowhere to live and massive disgusting pest infestations. And they won't help you, they don't care. So lazy and unprofessional. Disastrous hell, living here literally turned my life upside down and they couldn't care less. Reporting them to the DBPR and the News as we speak. I couldn't even cook in my kitchen because the termites were constantly swarming and my kids and I haven't been able to sleep there since May 8th. I moved in on April 15th and hell broke loose. Cockroaches, I had BEES at one point, termites and now even possibly mice/rats. I never even got to unpack fully. The place is not liveable. You're better off just living in your car at least it will be free and no pests. DON'T DO IT TO YOURSELF! I'm literally sick from the stress of this situation. The pictures don't show how bad it is because the termites are so small and their wings are translucent. But these photos (except for the bathroom pic) were all taken one week after having the entire apartment professionally cleaned.”
