“Moving into an apartment was my last of choices, but to find The Park by randomly riding down 137ave & see banners waving for vacancies. I been at this complex for 1 year, and found my stay pleasant. Pricing is kind of steep, but wanted something decent & close to kids schools. The staff are very friendly and helpful to my concerns.”

“Very quickly attend to work orders. They left everything cleaned and taken care of. Very helpful to not have to worry about things like that. Maintenance team is amazing. Property is also very well kept”

“It has only been 3 days since I officially moved in, But even with it being new years, the community is so quiet and friendly. Parking is a little tricky but that's to be expected and we can all use some extra steps (: so far so good .”

“So far so good! Everyone is very nice and helpful. The otter residents are respectful for the most part. It is a quiet neighborhood. The only thing I don't like is the visitor parking situation. The spaces are very limited. I believe it is about 20 spots or so for the entire community. The holidays must be a nightmare.”
