“Sentral is the best place to stay in Wynwood. Reem has been incredible and has made my stay here feel like I am at home. The pool is great and all the staff are great. Highly recommend as it is centrally located in Wynwood but also quiet.”

“I can't say enough good things about this place. From the transparency and ease of signing a lease online to the INSANE attentiveness and care of the staff, Sentral takes the "pain in the ---" out of moving. Let's start with the leasing process: I would've never in a million years felt comfortable signing a lease in a completely different state had it not been for Lauryn the leasing manager. She took my calls, texts, and emails at any time of the day/night to make sure I felt comfortable and had all of my questions answered. She truly cares about you being happy here and answers your questions honestly. She even took time out of her busy day to go check if my unit had scissors, a peeler, and more random stuff when I called her out of the blue! When I moved in, she curated a cute gift basket just for me which was REALLY just the icing on top of a perfect move-in. As for the apartment itself: it's even bigger and better than the pictures even give it credit for! Everything's clean and you instantly feel at home. The building is quiet which is nice but it's also got this really fun vibe to it.... the tenants are friendly, social, and mostly young (30's I'd say) working professionals/travelers. The neighborhood is AWESOME!! The building's connected to a restaurant, fitness class, cafe, and more... which Sentral provides fun events at and discounts on.”

They not only assisted us but also understood our needs, going above and beyond by offering restaurant recommendations and detailed directions to popular tourist areas in the city. Additionally, the cleanliness and upkeep of our room were outstanding. We were delighted to find that our accommodations were always tidy and in excellent condition, providing a comfortable and enjoyable space to relax in after a long day of sightseeing. We also had the pleasure of interacting with Manager Luis Correa, whose friendly and professional demeanor made a lasting impact. His attentiveness to our needs and willingness to go the extra mile truly enhanced our stay. Based on our experience, we would confidently choose to stay at this hotel again in the future. “I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sentral Wynwood, and I can't say enough positive things about it. The apartment itself was fantastic - modern, spacious, and well-appointed with all the amenities one could need. What really stood out to me were the impressive facilities. The pool area was a true oasis, with beautiful views of Wynwood and comfortable loungers - a perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun. The gym was well-equipped, making it easy to stay active during my stay”

“The search began 6 months ago for a place to stay in Miami’s trendy Wynwood district for a 9-night stay, after completing MI5 level searches and reviewing numerous reviews, I decided on Sentral Apartments in the heart of Wynwood with walkable access to all the nearby restaurants bars and shops. On arrival check-in was simple and with the assistance of Jorge on the front desk I was checked in within 5 minutes, who was able to bypass the automated check-in terminal. I was issued with 2 key cards and quickly accessed the 4th floor and checked into Apt 409, unfortunately I found that the lock on the door was not operating correctly and not locking the door on exit or entry. I reported this to Jorge on the front desk and he promptly arranged for maintenance to attend and resolve the issue. They were unable to do this so it was necessary to relocate me to another room on the 4th floor, which Jack and Stephanie facilitated promptly and with minimal fuss and disruption, whilst apologising for the inconvenience caused. I was now settled in and able to enjoy this amazing apartment, building and location in the heart of Wynwood. The building is modern with an excellent gym on the 2nd floor and business suite and pool on the 6th floor, the lifts can be a bit slow at busy time so the stairs will help keep those step counts up during your stay. The rooms were nicely appointed and the three things which are always super important during my stays are the 1) Comfortable Bed/Pillows 7/10 (pillows too soft for me), 2) Water Pressure of the shower 7/10, 3) Kitchen utensils and appliances 7/10 (lacking in utensils, no bottle opener!). There is a Trader Joe’s supermarket a 10 min walk away in Midtown and a large Target store a further 5 mins away on 36th Street in Midtown for all your food, pharmacy and provisions. There is also a very reasonably priced snack shop in the Sentral Reception with a contactless payment point, very convenient for those late-night cravings, there is also well stocked vending machines near the gym, I personally would have located them on the 6th floor near the business suite and pool deck. Where Sentral does score 10/10 is in the fantastic customer service that we received during our stay, the front desk team Jorge, Stephanie and Jack were all super helpful and responsive to any requests we made during our fantastic stay. I had forgotten to log out of my YouTube account in my apartment and realised 3 days after checking out, I contacted Jorge and not only did he log me out but sent me a WhatsApp video of him completing the log out procedure, I mean come on where have you seen this level of epic customer service, thanks again Jorge you are. Sentral Superstar. I really enjoyed the location of Sentral and the staff who made up for any of the minor shortcomings of the apartments and will definitely stay here again when visiting Miami, thanks guys for a great stay.”

“The Sentral was amazing and I very much enjoyed my experience there. Starting with the staff, Reem made the entire leasing process so simple from start to finish. She was communicative, and really sweet. Can't forget David & Jack at the front, they are awesome and always happy to greet. Sadly, I had to move- but I always talk about how much I loved my time at the Sentral!”

“Great gym, pool and overall clean and new building. The area can be a bit noisy, but still great nonetheless. Literally walkable to so much. The infamous Wynwood Walls is down the street! It feels very comfortable and everyone is so nice. Reem has been wonderful. She helped with my lease long ago and I've enjoyed it ever since. I have been recommending Sentral to some people and will continue to do so. Reem represents Sentral very well!”

“I really enjoyed my time at Sentral Wynwood. Unfortunately, my living arrangements changed and I needed to get out of my lease after 6 months. Reem was very informative and explained the process to me. She helped me through it and made it simple. My overall experience was awesome and if I didn't need to break my lease early I would have liked to stay.”

“Amazing place to stay in Miami. Everything from the apartment to the location to the staff. Big shout out to Reem. She has been super attentive and helpful since day 1. Living in an apartment complex is not always an easy process, especially in Miami where you're just another tenant in just another high rise, but not at Sentral. Reem, Jack and the entire team at the desk have been so unbelievably pleasant. The only reason I'm leaving is because I purchased a condo, but I will recommend this place to any and everyone.”

“I’m a regular at Sentral. I travel a lot, but even after I leave for long periods at a time it still feels like home when I get back. Reem is always around with a smile and a warm greeting. If she can’t help she finds someone who can and always follows up. How can I leave this place?!”

“I highly recommend Sentral Wynwood for a unique and vibrant experience. Perfectly situated with Midtown being of walking distance. Great amenities, I personally love the rooftop lounge and pool area with its amazing views. And I spend hours in their fitness center too. Most importantly management is caring, attentive, and a blast to be around. I would like to give special kudos to Reem Samhoury, Jorge Alvarez, David Algaria, and Jackson Eller for five star hospitality.”

“This location is in a perfect location. About 10-20 minutes from everything. A lot of local restaurants that are in walkable distances. Rooms are very clean and well kept. Reem was amazing, ran into her by the pool and she showed me around to the rest of the amenities.”
