“rats, roaches, bugs, roaches. The worst decision I could have made was to move here, the neighbors are trash, they never fix anything, the door to enter the condo is always open because if you try to open it with the key your key gets trapped, the apartment is falling apart the leaks it has, and the garbage can is overflowing and there are even rats, I repeat RATS IN MY KITCHEN, they did not respond to me for my personal things and the air conditioners do not work because they are old, they are very expensive for all the bad things it has, no I see the time to leave this place!!!”

I lived there for a year everything fell apart around us, ceiling fans, windows(no screens in most), fridge dyed, leakysinks and they complain when its time to fix things...Great place to crash if you coming from a finacial situation, but other don't do it....after a while me and my girlfriend were depressed living there.... Left in a bad manor because the damn apartments were ------. its a lot of better options. Good luck renters......Its the HOOD HOOD, Like really Hood”

Never fix anything!!!! BAD AREA!!! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND MOVE ON!! It may be cheaper monthly but in the long run ... Move away from the entire area. The 3G Associates and Manhattan Management will go out of their way until they get your money .. Then Good Luck trying to reach them!!!”
“Prior to my moving in, the property manager was accessible at all times and would even wait after hours to make sure that any questions I had were answered. Unfortunately, once the deposit and rent money were in hand, he became impossible to reach. I have had issues with several things in the apartment that he promised to have fixed before I moved in and I've been there for almost 3 months now...WITH NOTHING FIXED! The apartment is decent for what you pay and there are a few asthetic things that I would like to change within my own apartment, but other than that, the place is okay. However, if you decide to move here, hopefully you will have better luck with the guy than I have.”
