From the moment I moved in, the staff has been incredibly attentive and responsive to any inquiries or concerns. Their professionalism and commitment to resident satisfaction are evident in everything they do. The management team goes above and beyond to create a welcoming community atmosphere, organizing events that foster neighborly connections. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, ensuring a comfortable living experience. Overall, I can't recommend this condo building enough—it's a great place to call home, largely thanks to Jamie and her amazing management team!”

“Pedro the gentleman from maintenance is beyond attentive. This man goes above and beyond for his work and provides amazing service. He friendly personality makes this place warming. He keeps this building intact. Additionally, the view, the building, the staff members are amazing. The only thing I wish would be much quicker are the elevators but my understanding is that they were fixing that issue. Besides that, this building is a dream!”

The maintenance staff is really attentive and they really know what they are doing. They are well guided by the supervisor Pedro. He is really nice with everyone and he was always willing to help at any time. The office team is really nice too. We really loved this building and I really recommend it.”

“Fair. Elevators have been a constant issue. Residents are not held to community rules regarding cleaning up after pets or leash laws. Otherwise facility common areas are maintained nicely. I had to have my unit professionally cleaned as it was turned over to me fairly dirty”

“It's been ok, moving in was a bit of a struggle, the woman who works in the leasing office made some mistakes when booking the elevator and no one is ever at the front desk which was frustrating but overall it got done”

“Very friendly community, very courteous staff, very flexible with the move process, which helps immensely with the stress of the move itself. I have lived in several buildings here in Brickell and they can be quite inflexible and rude when it comes the moving process. But Solitair was very easy.”
