“The community is good environment , clean near of multiples store , restaurant and school , good neighbors, good space for parking, also parking with well ambient , clean, and apartment with well distrubution ,”

“I really like this community to be honest. People are nice and friendly. The staff was amazing in helping me with the leasing process. The inside of the apartment was nice and clean. There were only minor damage to the bottom of cabinets but I can tell it's from water that was used to mop the floors. Overall good experience and hopefully I renew my lease when it is up.”

“The complex is generally nice, though there are many specific rules for residents that are not enforced (e.g. no smoking, cleaning up after pets, walking pets off-leash, etc.). There are also frequent issues with the front and back entrance gates, and they are rarely closed when they should be. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, though sometimes haphazardly, resulting in a broken baseboard in my unit. The complex does lots of community events for its residents, which does not go unnoticed or unappreciated!”

“This is a beautiful tranquil community. It is a small one with many dogs, I'm not sure how it can be enforced but not enough people pick up after their dogs. Also there is brand new graffiti on the bridge by the kids park. I was disappointed that the entrance of the community was not decorated for the holidays.”

“I recently moved into my new condo, and I must say that I am absolutely loving it! The modern amenities, breathtaking views, and pristine facilities have exceeded my expectations in just one month. I am grateful to the lovely ladies at the leasing office who made the process seamless and stress-free. Their welcoming presence and attention to detail truly made all the difference. Thank you for helping me find my new home!”

“The management staff are the best this community has. They are all friendly, professional, and polite. True beautiful ladies and gentlemen. Besides the unit lay out. I appreciate you and kindly thank you for all that you all do to provide us with excellence. Unfortunately some residents to do help with keeping the community clean and are not too considerate either when it comes to making noises within reason.”

“Lovely Community!!! The whole community is beautiful, clean, quiet, relaxing! It’s a great atmosphere! The staff is great, very attentive to your needs! The maintenance guy is also very nice and helpful.”

“Muy buena en todos los sentidos.. La única queja que tengo es que no han venido a arreglar lo que tengo roto que ya lo informe en l oficina hace unos días.. Por lo demás estoy muy satisfecha con todo, el staff de l oficina súper amables, la limpieza de la comunidad , el apartamento en general en muy buenas condiciones, el servicio de la basura muy bueno etc..”

“Residents within the community are not very friendly or welcoming, but management team is wonderful and always willing to lend an helping hand. The maintenance team is very effective and helpful when needed.”

“Great staff sometimes it feels like home. Girls are very nice. The only thing there’s a lot of noise throughout the building I have dressed the concerns to office, but the concerns have not been met. Besides that Everything else is fine”

“So far we have loved the views, amenities, and environment of our new home. We are very happy with it and do not regret our decision. Our only concern is our neighbors are a bit loud, but otherwise have had a great experience.”

“Everything has been amazing from the start of the move in process. The office staff are very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. The layout and overall size of the apartment is amazing! I loved how big the apartment is. The location is also great I love this area. The community is very safe and clean and anything that I have needed help with they have been very prompt. My only concern is the service in the apartment is very spotty but other then that I love it!”

“This is a great community that is very well maintained. The Staff in the main office is friendly and accessible to all tenants. They attempt to resolve any issue immediately. The maintenance staff is excellent and fix issues asap. The unfortunate issue is the corporation Greystar continues to raise the rent every year.”

“I truly Enjoy staying in this Apartment community. People in front office are very nice and helpful. I people that live here are very nice and understanding especially when it comes to the community areas like the pool and the park.”

“Beautiful place. The staff is very nicely. The problem with this community in my experience is the noise coming from the third floor. In general living here it’s a great experience, the location, the amenities and the apartments are perfect!!”

“Un lugar agradable para vivir, buena atención, servicios y tranquilidad. Muy buena distribución , mantenimiento al día. Fácil acceso a la avenida. A buenos colegios y bibliotecas. Brindan actividades a las familias en fechas festivas. Su equipo de trabajo atiende de manera rápida h efectiva .”

“It’s the most beautiful and secure place. A little bit expensive but we are very happy here. It’s peaceful and quite. The staff it’s really kind and help every time that you have a problem. Very clean always too.”

“Living at Bridges has been a good experience so far! The maintenance staff are great at fixing problems although since Bridges is 10 years old there are a few problems that arise and sometimes they can not cover everything at once. There are more than 200 apartments in this neighborhood and I think there should be more maintenance staff in order to complete the jobs faster since they lack of time to do so! On the other hand, the community is very nice and clean! I love the beach or keys’ vibes that it gives you due to its colors and I love having the pool view all the time! I am very happy living here and I recommend it!”

“I’ve had a wonderful experience living here. The staff are wonderful, the grounds are clean and well kept and it’s very peaceful. The only thing that would keep me from renewing is the increase in rent. With everything rising in price, it’s hard to keep up with bills and high rent prices.”
