“Building has changed ownership twice in the past year, going from bad to worse. Management has misrepresented the property to prospective tenants, not telling them they are in the process of selling the building. When things break down, it is days later before they are fixed. Elevators are frequently out of order. Management demonstrates no concern for the health and welfare of the tenants.”
