They were both so kind, professional, and helpful throughout the process. I really appreciate their excellent service. Tthey made the whole situation easy and stress-free. “From November 2024 through October 2025 we were very satisfied with the building. No issues. However, in the Fall of 2025, a number of college students moved to the apartment below us (1218). Ever since incident have been a constant. Big fat parties with outsiders until early morning hours, smoking, singing and (probably) drugs in the balcony etc. Rest has become impossible for our family ever since. Despite numerous notifications to concierge and management team (including various videos showing these neighbors breaching the terms of the lease agreement) the situation remains the same. No solutions / options offered to my family despite the aggravated situation we are experiencing since October 2025.”

“Previously, the fob was unreliable but would eventually work after multiple attempts. However, since last Friday, it has stopped functioning entirely. As a result, I have been locked out of the garage and elevator on multiple occasions. I have had to wait outside the garage for several minutes with no success, and ultimately walk to the lobby to request assistance from the concierge to access my floor (20th floor). Additionally, I am currently unable to use the gym on the 8th floor without walking up and down multiple flights of stairs and asking others to open secured doors for me. When parking on the 5th floor, I must also exit through the lobby and use the stairs, as my fob does not grant access. This situation has been extremely time-consuming and physically exhausting, and it significantly disrupts my daily routine, and I'm being ridiculously charging 100 bucks for this ‘technology fees’?”

“Great management, great gym, great amenities. Maintenance team was trying to resolve the issue with the noise, but because of their incompetence in given issue and not escalating further when they couldn’t fix it, we experience noise for 5 months. Issue was resolved after we contacted community management”

“Cole gave me the first tour and was excellent and vey detailed. Emily took over and went above and beyond to help me rent an apartment. I met with her more than once and she showed me several apartments, thoroughly explaining the pros and cons of each. When it came time to apply and sign the lease, she was there every step of the way. I had no issues at all. Emily was wonderful and so professional.”

“Amazing other than the constant fire alarms. The loud elevator pump is terrifying when there is not an alarm warning. The building is gorgeous, very clean. Maintenance staff is wonderful. Leasing office staff is great. No complaints other than the constant fire alarms.”

“Elevators are left unlocked, units are not “flawlessly finished” as advertised but the amenities and staff are amazing :) Maintenance could be a bit more proactive and understanding, they kind of try to gaslight you sometimes. Overall relatively satisfied. Safety is a bit of a concern, tailgating is frequently allowed and parking garage is shared with retail with no physical barrier of separation. Lobby elevators are left in an unlocked state would be easy for someone to get up, which can be nice for delivery but a risk nonetheless”

The pool is beautiful, the gyms are amazing and nothing like the convenience of taking the elevator down to total wine. I’m happy Grove Central is my new home. ??”
