“I can elaborate a lot on the benefits of living in this community. But to be specific I am going to highlight the most important points and these are the management, maintenance, and facilities. The management team is magnificent, they provide good customer service and follow-up, they really keep the community in great condition, also thanks to the work of the maintenance staff. As for the building, it is beautiful and has many useful amenities, and the location is convenient as there are numerous means of transportation nearby.”

“Couldn't ask for a better experience. They were wonderful to me from the day I moved into the community until the day I left. The management and maintenance staff give everything to provide good service to the tenants and make them feel safe and comfortable in the building.”

It is a beautiful and modern building as I could anticipate from the photos, but in person it is more spacious than it seems, the same goes for the apartment. Spacious and bright environments. As for the amenities, they seem in perfect condition and well maintained, I met part of the maintenance and management staff and they look very professional and friendly.”

Es un edificio muy completo, que si bien no es de las torres mas grandes y nuevas, de todas maneras tiene una diversidad de comodidades y servicios que lo ubican en el mercado de condominios de lujo. Al ser una comunidad mas pequeña se adapta mejor a nuestra necesidad de una atmosfera tranquila y segura.”

“Excellent building. I couldn't be happier with my election. I have been looking for a community that meets all the requirements that I wanted for a long time, and this one does. It is a modern tower, very safe, well located and with many useful amenities, especially in pandemic times, one does not have the need to leave the property other than for grocery shopping. The staff and neighbors are very respectful and cordial, being a tower with so many floors it sometimes gets a bit noisy but this usually calms down once the business hours are over.”
