This place is old and the tenants are very inconsiderate. The staff is terrible and now they are going condo. Not a good investment. Broken elevators everyday, no exaggeration.

I´ve had nothing major to complain about in 2 years here. The apartments are big (the 2 bedroom apts. are about 1400 sq. feet and closets as big as some people´s bedrooms), the views (on the upper floors; the beach is right across the street) are incredible; the fitness center is decent (free weights and machines), and because the complex was built 30 years ago (though updated and renovated recently), the construction is not as chintzy as in some newer apartments. The staff is sometimes clueless but generally OK and maintenance complaints have been addressed promptly. For the hefty rental price, it would be nice to have washer/dryers/microwaves in the unit and free parking for guests (there is no street parking around here and guest have to pay $3 to visit).

I moved here in June. The move was not without problems. The tenants in my apt. of choice failed to move and I had already given my previous location a notice to vacate. The staff at OceanView worked diligently to help me with my problem and I ended up with a better apartment with an awesome view.

It is important to know the property is undergoing major upgrades and renovations. Anyone who has gone through this experience in a home, would know it never goes along as planned. Now multiply that by 3 buildings with 16 floors. Because of the construction, the property might not have a great deal of street appeal, but I encourage anyone interested to step inside to see what the chaos is all about! The transformation is very nice.

The staff is great to work with...from valet to the customer service office. I have no complaints!!!
