Pleasurable, staff is polite, friendly, and helpful. Any issues with repairs or replacements are done with work orders and completed expeditiously. I have always felt a sense of safety and security within the building.

It started out rocky with air b&b's originally on the top floors. After covid and they turned into units it was much better. Additionally, having Iris as the manager has been a huge improvement over the previous two. I have been extremely happy in this building with no plans to move unless I decide to purchase property.

Building close the Brickell but not located in Brickell. The area at night is dangerous. The building is always smelling like dog, dog pee and poop in elevators, halls, and common areas. The property manager will harass you to post a review once you move in but when you have any situation and need her help, she will look at you over the shoulder and diminish whatever situation you are bringing to her attention to avoid responsibility. A person with 0 people skills managing a community.

My experience is good but 6 months ago until now it is no longer the same. I have suffered theft of mail packages without any response from the administration. I also suffered theft in the parking area with my car also without response from the administration. In addition, the pool area cannot be enjoyed due to the behavior of people who I would like to think are not related to the building.

It is a community in which your neighbors do not cause troubles. The staff is very friendly. But there's a huge issue when it comes to hygiene around the property. There's an increase of amount of dog feces and urine throughout all the common areas, including hallways, elevators, and parking garage. There's no pressure cleaning done, and there's a lack of landscaping maintenance. Rent increases every year.

- constant animal urine found in elevators and can take hours to be cleaned up particularly with the maintenance elevator. - hallways within building often smell of urine and/or pets and often have stains. The smell is really unpleasant to deal with. - I like the gym but wish it was bigger because it is busy often and people take up all the machines - would love to see more lounge areas around the building (Club Prado apartment complex is an amazing example) - concierge employees are very helpful and kind and try hard to help the residents (especially appreciate the help with heavy packages) - mail delivery system needs to be improved. I order all of my furniture to be delivered directly to my door but all delivery services get redirected to the mail room. I have even paid for the extra delivery so I don't have to worry about carrying a heavy bed etc to my apartment but for some reason all my packages keep going to the mailroom instead

We liked the amenities and found the apartments to be well laid out. I would recommend this building to anyone. However, my main issue is my continuous complaints to the building management about my neighbor. Every day, there's a pervasive smell of marijuana coming from my neighbor's apartment. The odor spreads through the hallway and reaches my kitchen and living room. I've reported this issue, and management said they would speak with the neighbor, but nothing has changed. In fact, it smells worse than before, leading me to believe they haven't addressed the issue. The only improvement has been the reduction of noise from the same neighbor, who used to make noise until 2 or 3 AM during the week. My wife and I are in university and work full-time, so this noise reduction is appreciated. However, my wife suffers from asthma, and it's frustrating because we are responsible tenants who pay our rent on time and don't cause any problems. It's unbearable to endure this smell when we don't smoke.

Ive been living in Brickell west city rentals for a little bit more than 4 years and every year is getting worst with the new people that's living here. My neighbor of the 618 play loud music every night until 2 am and no one do anything about it even tho I've complaint thousands times. Also the fights that I hear every night from that apartment is wild.
