BARKING DOGS. I'VE MADE MANY COMPLAINTS. EVERYTHING ELSE IS FINE. UNIT 105 HAS BARKING DOGS. I'VE SENT MANY EMAILS. THIS DISTURBS MY SLEEP, AND I WORK FROM HOME AND IT DISTURBS THAT TOO. NOT ENOUGH HAS BEEN DONE ABOUT THIS, OR IT WOULDNT BE HAPPENING. THERE NEEDS TO BE A FINE. I HAVE VIDEO DOCUMENTATION. I GET WOKEN UP, AND IT DISTURBS MY WORK DURING THE DAY.

This is the best community and residences I've ever lived in my 10 years in Miami. The maintenance tries to keep an eye on things 24 hours and Michelle the property manager is literally the best property manager I've ever dealt with, very professional helps out 24/7 with any problems and issues since I've been living here. There's never a second guess when it comes to renewing!! I've been here almost 7 years now

All very enjoyable. Except. The steam work has not worked properly since I moved there. The woman's works incredible. But can be embarrassing if using. Jjjjjjjjjsjdjdudbdbdjdudbdbdjdjdjdjfjdndjdndndndnd

Overall, a positive experience. Convenient location with easy access to shops and transit. Spacious, well-maintained apartment. Clean amenities. Responsive management. Parking was a challenge, and traffic noise could be bothersome.

This community is a hidden gem. The amenities may not be as fancy but the location and view and cleanliness of the property are great. The people here and community are also quality. We continue to stay because of the manager Michelle, without her the place would crumble. She truly is what keeps this place great, and am sure no other place has management like this.
