I recently accompanied a friend on his tour and I loved the building. It’s very clean and well maintained… The apartments are spacious and modern…. To add to our experience was AG’s amazing personality, professionalism, and knowledge. I am definitely look into renting here once my current lease expires.

1.5 year update and I am still very pleased with Modera Edgewater. The staff are the friendliest and one of the best I've encountered. All maintenance request are handled within 24 to 48 hours. Any issues I had pertaining the building or residents were resolved immediately. They continue to update the property by replacing carpets, adding new furnishings to the dog park, repainting hallways, additional green trash stations, etc. And just about ever month there is a community event in the lounge.

I’ve been living here for 2 years, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The apartment is spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I need to feel comfortable and at home. The layout is perfect, and I especially love how well-lit and airy the space is. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the incredible staff. Sofia, the manager, is absolutely fantastic. From day one, she has been incredibly responsive, professional, and genuinely caring about the well-being of the residents. She makes sure everything runs smoothly and always goes the extra mile to address any concerns. Sofia and Thomas, two of the staff members, also deserve a special mention. They are both friendly, efficient, and quick to resolve any maintenance issues. I’ve had a few requests, and each time, they’ve been on top of it right away, ensuring that everything is taken care of promptly and with a positive attitude. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live. The team here is truly top-notch, and I’m grateful for the wonderful community they’ve helped create

Living at Modera Edgewater is an incredible experience, combining luxury, convenience, and spacious layouts. The pool and gym are my absolute favorite! The location is perfect too, close to Brickell, Downtown, Wynwood, Midtown, the list goes on.

Great team, they make living here so enjoyable. Always a smile when talking to the maintenance and office teams. I really enjoyed the bead event last month and look forward to tomorrow’s ice cream event!

AG Rivera, the assistant property manager at Modera Edgewater is amazing. I had an all but impossible situation with FPL in getting my power connected when I moved in. It was an issue on FPL’s side with the address of the power box but AG Rivera worked tirelessly to get resolution. While I was at my wits end with FPL, she was working so hard to help get it fixed. She offered alternative solutions and helped me out so much. To say I was beyond grateful is an understatement. I even offered to buy her lunch after it was all said and done and she refused and said she was just doing her job. WOW what an incredible asset to Modera and the team here. 5 stars all around for AG!

The leasing office and staff are an absolute nightmare to deal with. There are plenty of other comparable apartments in the immediate area, GIVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY TO ANYONE ELSE. In my time living here the leasing office staff showed nothing but incompetence and lack of customer service training any time I had to interact with them. After dealing with a handful of issues with the logistics of moving into my apartment here, the main issues I had were surrounding the mail room. I had many packages (of all sizes) that were lost and never found. I've never had so many issues end with zero resolution. Deliveries will be left on the floor of the mail room, and then they disappear. When I would bring this issue to the leasing office, they would state that they (the managers of the property) cannot control the deliveries and that it's "not their fault or problem if my mail is lost". You have to wonder if the staff is either complicit with the packages being stolen or if they are the ones stealing packages (there's cameras in the mailroom but that won't help you figure out what happened to your mail). I don't believe that anyone working in the leasing office received a second of customer service training, and they certainly did not have any beforehand. I've never encountered more people who acted offended by simply being asked to do something within their job role! Good luck trying to get ahold of anyone on the phone if you're a resident with an issue, and if you do go down to the leasing office (and someone's actually there), be ready to be met with an annoyed look and an attitude! Do not fall for how receptive they are over the phone if you're inquiring about a lease, once you're signed on they stop caring.

My car was stolen from the parking garage. This is the second car in 48 hours, the 4th car in about a month. The gate conveniently stopped working earlier this week and are “waiting for someone to fix it”. Packages are stolen constantly, large raves and parties happen all the time. The management is a joke, pets use the bathroom in hallways, stairwells and elevators and they keep raising the prices. Great location, terrible general management. When the cops asked to see camera footage the guy working conveniently locked himself out with the wrong password. M
