This place is horrible to live in. The older residents there have nothing better to do but call and complain if you associate w/your neighbors, the ones that run it use to be not of high class and now they pretend they're better than anyone. The only maintenance they do is gardening but will spend our money on water to pressure clean city sidewalks, imagine that. The president and treasurer which are the ones that have taken over and looks like will do anything to stay in power. Wonder why???? You cannot have a conversation with either of them. Well if you want to live in a nice area w/o nosy people trying to run your business, stay clear from this place. It doesn't even deserve a star, therefore, not getting one. They say that washer/dryers are not permitted, yet there are several residents that have one.

This condominium is not an adult communinity by definition, even though a high percentage of the owner/tenants are older people who tend to be somewhat nosey and like to complaint about children playing outside. However, according to the by-laws, this is not an adult community. It is very centrally located with access to public transportation, restaurants, banks, schools and hospitals. The buildings are very well kept

not bad if you want don't mind going to bed at 8:00 pm because the complex is full of retirees who are nosey and complain alot. Besides that, it's ok!
