I wanted to share that the staff here is very professional. Anytime something comes up, they handle it quickly. The office lady is amazing?always available, attentive, and very kind. Everything has been great, and I truly enjoy living in this building.

I have enjoyed every minute of my time living at this location. The management staff as well as the service team is top of the line. The location for me is one of the most important issues and I find myself in just the right spot.

VERY GOOD ATMOSPHERE AMONG TENANTS AND STAFF. PREMISES ARE KEPT CLEAN AND PERSONNEL IS ALWAYS ON THE JOB, COMMON AREAS ARE WELL LIT AND CLEAN IT'S A GOOD PLACE TO LIVE. STAFF MAKES SURE THAT RULES ARE KEPT. PARKING AREA IS ALSO WELL LIT AND KEPT CLEAN.

Before now I only had positive thoughts on this complex before this present management. Theirs a water issue supposedly. I was told my leak personally was from my sink. If the excessive water use isn't from me and from an appliance,why fault me for it and threat to not renew my lease. Not only me,but a lot of other tenants as well got the same notice. There tactics on this issue just isn't fair and it's border line harassment on something the tenants can't control. Been here since 2019 abd we never had this issue before

Its ok people break in cars; house keeper once a week, it was great at 1st now it's going doing down somebody been trying to steal cars the gate always broke, trash on the grounds now. I moved here in 2020 it was great. new property manager every 30 still ok just need to tighting up

Terrible experience at this apartment there were cracks, holes, roaches, missing cabinets, not cleaned properly. Anything you can imagine it happened here. Then the office was closed for an entire week.
