Muze at Met is a well-regarded luxury apartment building in Downtown Miami, and it absolutely lives up to the name. The building is stunning, modern, clean, and well-maintained. Huge shoutout to Dailin, Jessica, Lauryn and Carlos from the management team for their professionalism and warm hospitality. They truly make the experience stand out!

Great Front Desk! Helped get to where I needed in a very honest and polite way. It is very needed because here in downtown the logistics of some things can get tedious and confusing but with good front desk personnel everything is much easier.

The management keeps saying they have fixed the elevators and then they break again a few weeks later. Clearly they do not want to spend the money to actually fix them. The place is nice but they are being cheap about the elevators.

We moved to Muze in early 2022, we were blown away by the spacious floorplans and beautiful pool. I work from home most days, now that it is cooler outside, I try to work by the pool deck for a few hours in the morning or afternoon. The waterfall is relaxing, and I love the fresh air and abundance of green plant life around the pool area. My wife loves how close we are to everything; you can get almost anywhere with a 5–10 minute uber ride.

After moving out, Muze wrote a bad check for our security deposit. Then they would not answer calls or return emails. It’s been over 3 months since we moved out and they still have not reimbursed us for the bad check charge our bank charged us. We do not recommend this property.

Great location and views, but terrible building management. The leasing office only emails you when the rent is due then disappears completely when you have any other issues or questions. They don’t reply to emails for weeks! The elevators are always in repair and it takes people half an hour to just go up to their apartments. Multiple people have gotten stuck in the elevators too! People party until 4 am, sometimes 8 am, so if you have any hopes of sleeping on the weekends or holidays, forget it. You will be woken up by loud music and people screaming constantly and the front desk flat out stops answering the phone, so around 2/3 am, there is a line of cranky woken up tenants that want to file noise complaints in the lobby. The walls are extremely thin and you can hear everything from your neighbors. That, combined with people not caring results in many sleepless and stressful nights. People have now started to just call the cops since the building does nothing about it. The no smoking policies are also a joke. Found at least 3 joints and 2 cigarette buds on our balcony from people above us. You smell weed in the hallways and nobody cares. Technical issues like not being able to unlock your door, clogged sinks, malfunctioning equipment and ridiculous raises in rent are an every day thing. The “management”, which is the leasing office just wants your money and will ignore you completely after that.

I had apparently had a water leak today that NO ONE notified me about. There is massive fans as well as a whole wall that is water damaged in the bathroom. Not one call, text, or email was sent to me regarding this issue. I came home from Work to find the dehumidifiers and fans without a note or any notification. I would like to know what is going on what is being done to address this issue!?! I clearly cannot stay in the apartment today with the dehumidifiers running. Also, why was I not NOTIFIED?!? Was told by the concierge to email the building after she talked to the manager but would not allow me to speak to them. Customer service I guess is not a thing at Muze! There is a list a mile long about other issues since I moved in over a year ago. This includes the gym being closed for 9 months for, you guessed it, a water leak! Also the lobby has been totally unusable for the last two months. Half the time you cannot even get your mail or packages because they have closed off that area of the lobby! Then there is the valet parking, I had a massive dent put in my door by the valet as well my car reeking of weed! When I called to ask them to have something done about both of these issues I was told that a manager would be in touch, after multiple attempts, still has not been resolved! To say that the management at Muze at Met is a nightmare would be considered a drastic understatement.
