I had an issue with my refrigerator not cooling properly, and maintenance responded incredibly fast. Marlo and Orlando were both extremely kind, professional, and efficient. They diagnosed the issue right away and replaced my fridge quickly with zero hassle. They made a stressful situation so much easier and were respectful, friendly, and helpful the entire time. Truly great service — thank you, Marlon and Orlando!

We had a water leak for about a week, and the maintenance team was very attentive from the beginning until the issue was fully resolved. I want to highlight Marlon, who was always on top of the situation and provided machines and tools to help dry the area. During the process, Aaron, Orlando, and David also participated, working together to open the wall and fix the pipe that had come loose, solving the problem at its root. On December 23rd, Eduardo was called in and stayed in the apartment until 12:46 p.m. to repair and close the wall. His work was excellent, and everything was left spotless, with no signs that there had ever been an issue. Marlon remained involved until the very end of the job on December 23rd, making sure everything was properly completed. I truly appreciate the professionalism and commitment of Marlon, Aaron, Orlando, David, and Eduardo. It is very reassuring to have a team like this. Highly recommended!

The whole move in process was super smooth Samantha was extremely helpful and flexible any time I had a request 10/10 service. Complex is brand new with excellent amenities and modern design. Can't recommend enough!
