Overpriced for listed parking rate and amenity fees. Pool under fix for months but they still charge us for it. Apartments small with little usable counterspace in the kitchen. Staff slow to respond to requests. No mail room, have to use fetch.

I've been living at Zoi House since 2021 and it's been nothing but a great experience! The location is great along with the staff. I look forward to continuing to call Zoi House my home next year. Thanks for everything!

Comfortable living and great location in Coconut Grove. Issues with pipes/leaking on the 5th floor parking garage for the last 2 years however and have had issues with package deliveries in the past. A bit overpriced for the quality of layout, appliances, etc., but still on the more affordable side compared to the rest of Miami living.

Building is great but has a few defects for how new it is. For example, there was a huge leak on the fifth floor and the pool is currently under renovation. The neighborhood is safe and in a great area.

After seen many apartments for around two months, I decided to rent at Zoi and very happy because it has all I wanted in an apartment . Quiet, peaceful, not a lot of noise. My apartment has a lot of natural light and last but not least. I enjoy the gym, the pool that hopefully will be reopening soon and the staff, very friendly, trustable and respectful. Thanks

Maintenance team is always very responsive and fix everything right away. They always available to attend any issue with the best attitude and willingness to fix things quickly, I am very happy with the service they provide

My experience in Zoi has been great. The staff is very polite and fast to answer emails with my questions. They are professional, attentive, and always willing to help, making the process smooth and efficient.
