Of the best! I've moved around the city a lot and I have to say that this building is up there. For a studio it's ridiculously spacious, it has a little balcony and everything. Very well equipped with nice quality details in kitchens and bathrooms, highly recommended!

After renting a small apartment in a small community for so many years, living here now is like a dream. Especially during summer, I love being able to relax in the pool, train, all within the community, without having to go out and pay for a gym.

Honestly, we loved the community. We visited the site twice to see the apartment, the building and the surroundings. Everyone we have talked to about the staff thus far has been very nice and helpful.

De lo mejor que encontramos en Edgewater. Es un edificio muy completo, que si bien no es de las torres mas grandes y nuevas, de todas maneras tiene una diversidad de comodidades y servicios que lo ubican en el mercado de condominios de lujo. Al ser una comunidad mas pequeña se adapta mejor a nuestra necesidad de una atmosfera tranquila y segura.

Excellent building. I couldn't be happier with my election. I have been looking for a community that meets all the requirements that I wanted for a long time, and this one does. It is a modern tower, very safe, well located and with many useful amenities, especially in pandemic times, one does not have the need to leave the property other than for grocery shopping. The staff and neighbors are very respectful and cordial, being a tower with so many floors it sometimes gets a bit noisy but this usually calms down once the business hours are over.
