Very old buiding even though the try to keep it nice it is a mess. Half of the gym has been closed for over a year because they have a structural damage. One of the main door to the building has been closed for over 3 years for the same reazon. Very often the cut the cold and hot water for the hole day. Many times you get to the elevators and find that they are nit working so had to go up the stairs 19 floors. Even though it has a great view to the bay I strongly sugest to think it over befor moving here
