It's been great since I moved. The new management is taking over the previous mess and making a difference. They need more time to get this community way much better. The vibe is great. Pending task? the parking, it needs a deep cleaning.

I’ve rented for 6 months at this building, and have hosted it on Airbnb also. Building management is impossible to work with. They actively sabotage any good faith efforts or requests. If you’re thinking of hosting on Airbnb look elsewhere. If you’re thinking of renting, look elsewhere. Bugs everywhere, security cameras don’t work, if something breaks in your appartment (including AC), good luck.

The leasing and management team aren't welcoming or helpful. As a licensed realtor, this is the first community I've ever witness that the leasing company is bitter and never smile to any of their residents. They never greet you or make you feel welcomed or cared for. On top on this lack of customer service, emails are never responded to. They've taken over the nicest office in the building, which use to be available to residents. If you are ever locked out after hours, it's your problem. You must pay for a locksmith, even if you are a one occupant residents. The fitness center is no longer 24 hours.

Tanika Sobers goes above and beyond. She's excellent. Always very helpful and professional . She keeps that place running. The property manager is on point as well. I forgot her name. The building needs some touch up.

The building is very transient due to a high volume of Airbnb guests. This takes away from the resident experience. Airbnb guests do not take care of the amenities and respect the common areas because they are only there temporarily. This results in more late night noise usually and having more random people walking in the building that makes the safety feel a bit less secure.
