Ive been living at Joule House since November and it’s been a really good experience so far. The front desk team is always helpful and easy to deal with. Everyone there does a really great job, and Eric in particular has been really helpful whenever I’ve needed something. Also, all the woman on the team are such a vibe (which I’m so sorry I just can’t recall their names right now). They’re always on top of things and go above and beyond my expectations. Definitely appreciate the team here. Very excited for the sauna ????

Joule House is the best choice in Wynwood. The building and all of its amenities are always clean, the artwork around the building is unique and amazing to look at. The residents are friendly and considerate. The maintenance staff is also always kind along with the front desk. Yesenia is always with a smile, positive and willing to help with anything and have a great conversation!

Have only been here a month & 1/2, but I must say everyone (front desk (Eric)& leasing (Atena) & maintenance (Miguel)is so friendly and helpful!!! I forgot the other two people’s names at the front desk but I will ask for it…but Eric is so awesome with any questions while we were moving in and since we have been here. So I knew we made the right choice!

Eric has been a tremendous and thoughtful assistance from the move in to every day encounters. He goes above and beyond to make sure residents are accommodated, he is extremely cordial and respectful, and flexible in prioritizing resident interactions and needs above all. Our experience has been wonderful and Eric is a cornerstone of that assessment.
