From the moment you are here, it’s home! The building is beautiful and the entire staff is wonderful! I enjoy the outdoor amenities and the views of the Bay, it’s great to take in all my community has to offer! This is my happy place for sure!

My best friend and I moved to Miami from NYC. We instantly fell in love with Modera Biscayne Bay. The office staff was extremely helpful finding our new apartment. We love the view from our apartment and the views from the pool and gym are insane. Being close to the park is a huge perk to for our dogs. I highly recommend this building.

Building is located at close Proximity to parks shopping and restaurants. We moved to a new apartment Which was nice and fresh although the stove worked only for one week, waiting on repairs now. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable and moving in was easy. The only downside from my previous building is the security I feel the building is wide open to anyone they have fobs in the elevator but anyone can go to any floor without a fob. I’ve been getting food deliveries to my door without anyone calling ahead of time, and my old building this never happened. There is a nice Amazon hub for packages but the mail room gets quite messy. The rooftop pool is amazing relaxing and gives you a feeling of a resort. Hopefully building management will keep working on these points and get them resolved.

Been living here just over a month and love every time I come home to this apartment. The staff has been extremely helpful with every step of our move from out of state. The views are stellar, The amenities are above and beyond other condos in the area. And talk about WOW factor, the rooftop pool deck is amazing.

My view is really nice but the appliances are horrendous (although brand new). I was told there would be a grill on the roof and there isn't, the key fobs only work 10% of the time and I was stuck in the elevator for 15-20 min after the elevator literally fell a few floors. It's impossible to get the building on the phone. The view is really nice though

My husband and I moved here in mid-October from Chicago. Our experience so far has been great. The building is close to the park which has a playground and dog park. Our main street is quiet and we have an incredible view of the bay. The apartment itself has a lot of room and even more storage space which is great for our family of 3. Security within the building is high tech and everyone on the staff is so personable and kind. We are happy to have found Modera!
