Where do I start?? Well, this is the worst place to live, I moved here because I didn't any other choice but thanks God I'm living that nightmare soon. There are so many other places that are well deserving of your money so found other place is my advice. 1) YOU. HEAR. EVERYTHING. The neighboring tv, dogs barking, couples arguing, the toilet flushing above you, footsteps, loud banging, anything your neighbors are doing- trust me, you will hear it. You can even hear music from five doors down the hallway. Its impossible to sleep in because of the constant sounds all day and night. You call the office manager and well she never there, even in the offices ours. 2) The staff doesn't care. It's all a show to get you to move in. After that, good luck trying to get their attention. When you call, half of the time no one answers, why?? Because their too busy trying to get more business. While theres nothing wrong with that, shouldn't they care about their existing residents? I've always been kind and patient with them, but for the smallest tasks it seemed like the biggest burden. The manager Paola, will give you the run around how theres nothing they can do ( if she's ever in the office of course) and very rude. 3) It seemed while living there, I wasn't the only person having problems. Other residents were having the same issues as me. The hallways always smelled of heavy dust and is never clean or decent, the again absent staff, people weren't listening to the cigarette-free rule, and the frequent loud music that was affecting everyone. I also learned later that the turnover rate is extremely high, people are constantly moving out. I'm writing this to hopefully help someone considering moving to International Club Apartments. The staff will tell you any lie to have your business. For the amount of money i paid to live there and what i've had to deal with, I wish upon absolutely no one. What a waste! For all the stress this place gave me, I wish I could give it zero stars.

Lived there for 6 months. I was in a bind at the time and needed a roof over my head very quickly and cheaply and this place was my only option. Signed a lease on the spot without inspecting the apartment. After all, beggars can't be choosers. The staff were very friendly and cordial during the move-in process. My kitchen sink and faucets was so filthy and disgusting that I went to Home Depot and replaced them myself the very same day I moved in. My car was stolen, but the police found it a few days later. Yes, there is a night watchman but the parking area is quite large and ungated. It is well lit, but there are many trees that create large patches shadows at night, which is where my car was stolen from. I decided to break my lease and move out after my building got a mild cockroach infestation. Yes, there is pest control and maintenance sprays each apartment unit bi-monthly. I don't recall excessive noise (except feral cats fighting, the occasional dog bark, and the garbage trucks) and management seemed to be friendly, but then again I hardly went to them for anything. Neighbors kept to themselves, though I did have quite a few trick-or-treaters for Halloween. Rent is cheap, units are small, location is decent, water and electricity are reasonably affordable. After all, you get what you pay for.

Washer and dryer don't even work i have to go a near by laundry and the office manager has the worst attitude ever. My shower has had a leaks for about two moths and has not been fix yet and my water bill keep go up and up..

I found this apartment community to be the most value for the affordable price. I've looked aroung the Miami SW area for a better offer, but this one seemed to be the best. As per the previous reviews, I was told that they fumigate once a month. So I'm not sure there should be any bugs crawling around any time soon. My cousin lives there now and she says its great. Can't wait to try out these apartments. I'll come back in a couple month and let others know of my experieces.

I lived there as well from 5/2006 till 7/1/2008. Since I lived there the A/c broke three times (once on a Friday and had to wait till Monday for it to be fixed, They stole my husband's car (reminder it was parked in the first row where supposedly the security was all night. Also, had leak on roof of my bedroom and bathroom and had to wait hours for maintenance to come in (leak was fixed, but roof still had stains and peelings for 6 months later; maintenance was suppose to come back to fix and never came back FYI I lived on the second floor. The people who lived there are loud (always with the music on 24/7, no consideration to the neighbors. Beware do not move to these buildings because you will regret it!!!!!

This apartment is full of bugs!!!! and the management does not bother about fixing things like leaks in the bathroom or cabinets off their hinges....and there are wood-shavings in the bathroom falling off the sinks. Basically you dont want to live in this crappy place... kindly look some place else.

Don't even consider them, you could do better anywhere else. In the year we were there we had to evacuate the building at least 4 times due to fires. Some we think were done by the resident punks, some we think were the management itself trying to collect on insurance cause the circumstances and locations of at least 2 of the fires were very fishy. Fire drills became routine during the year we were there, we dont know if this continues. There was never any reliable security cause sometimes they were there and sometimes not. There was an incident where punks broke car windows of about 10 different cars, and the management never even bothered to pick up the glass from the parking lot and its still around til today. The management itself are thieves. Maintenance is virtually non-existent. Rent is ridiculously high for the quality of service. The elevators are permanently vandalized. The place really is a disaster. Not to mention the resident roaches which are numerous and persistent. When were first got there we had to switch units because the original unit we got had so many roaches they would walk about in the open constantly. At night you'd think they were having a party in the kitchen despite how clean you would be. You could do better for less anywhere else.
