It has only been 3 days since I officially moved in, But even with it being new years, the community is so quiet and friendly. Parking is a little tricky but that's to be expected and we can all use some extra steps (: so far so good .

So far my experience has been great. I haven't had any issues. The management team has assisted if I have any questions and the community is great. Would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a home

This is a great community, and it's very well managed. Maintenance here is very responsive and so is the management. The common areas are very well taken care of and issues are addressed in a timely fashion.

I love living here! I love how beautiful and luxurious the apartments are, and the amenities are a plus. I also love that the staff and Maintenance are so kind and prompt. I highly recommend if you're looking for a wonderful place to call home, that you'll find it here at Park At Kendall.

Great clean community, staff friendly and professional. Great place to call home, place is well maintained. Amenities are great and always well kept. Communication from office is always there for the tenants. 5 star living.

I love this community. Very safe. clean well taken care of. Professional staff. Amazing neighborhood. Great amenities. Friendly. very homy. I enjoy their holiday celebrations. Pool is awesome. overall a great place to live
