Extremely happy with my leasing this Unit, the community is quite mixed, all age group, commuting is amazing as my office is in the Gables and I am going against traffic, location location location, and ultimately the management and manintenance staff are on point. Truly happy to live here. This is a Gem building and the best is that its a non smoking building, love getting home and not having to deal with cannabis smells which this City trust me in every other building has. The Security provides a safe environment as well. Again, happy to have chosen this building for my lease. Oh, almost forgot having the mall literally 5 minutes away is another perk.

After multiple issues with unit all requests were met in a timely fashion. The unit was in good condition. The building is kept up very well and the maintenance teem was even in halls touching up paint from other movers.

Just moved into Fifteen and I'm loving it already! The design is modern, the amenities are top-notch, and the location is unbeatable. The community is friendly and welcoming, and the staff has been super helpful every step of the way. It truly feels like home?a perfect mix of comfort, style, and convenience. So glad I made the move!

A vibrant and lively community with all the modern amenities and a very courteous staff. The shopping areas, schools, hospitals and parks are at a walking distance. The apartment itself is wheelchair friendly and the team supports the community members to the best possible extent.

I'm new and it was very great to move in an apartment conpllex that truly care about their tenants. I was treated very kind and I love how respectful the leasing agents are here. I'm looking to thrive over here at fifteen

Carmen was the most helpful and accommodating person while from touring the apartments all the way to signing and moving in. The upkeep of the complex is well done. The parking garage is very tight and very expensive. The scanner to enter and leave the garage has also not worked a couple of times.

Dirnung my visit, the leasing agent Gustavo was very professional and all question I had regarding the property. I asked to view multiple apartments which Gustavo was very accommodating and provided me a fact sheet for each unit I viewed. In the end, his knowledge helped me selected a unit suitable for my needs. Overall my experience was top notch.

The community itself is fantastic. Beautiful and clean however, to be honest the best thing that Fifteen has to offer is its people. The staff here is incredibly detailed and dedicated to ensuring every resident and family feels welcome, safe and part of something greater. From the Property manager, leasing staff and everyone in between they truly are the reason I said yes. Looking forward to a great year at Fifteen.

Clean new and beautiful amazing stuff are great employees have knowledge and on the top of that they are so friendly access is easy quite and so accessible, parking is great also , building is clean and maintained very well
