I've been a resident of this apartment building since 1998. Never had an issue until the new manager, Luisa Rivera, started managing the property. Since then, I have had to hire an attorney to deal with this incompetent individual. Not only did she allow her staff to invade tenants personal belongings while the tenant was not present in the unit but even after they were caught red handed, she did not terminate their employment. After months of begging her to replace a stove that had serious electrical problems and also replace a cracked window. Instead of dealing with her disfuntional staff she send ME an eviction notice. Her reasoning, I was rude in asking her to perform the necessary repairs within my unit. After 6 weeks of filling her inbox with repair requests her way of fixing the issues is sending me an eveiction notice. Mind you never once have I paid rent past the 7th of the month. After my attorney rattled her cage she only agreed on a 6 month lease which she NEVER executed. Now that the 6 months have come to an end. What does Luisa do? Sends a non-renewal notice. Maybe because she wants to bring back the employee she was forced to terminate per my attorney's legal request. For the money I pay to live in this filthy building I can live anywhere with the same water views. At this point dealing with her is simply not worth the money or aggrevation... Make sure if you move out of this property, live out your security deposit because Luisa will find every excuse in the book not to return it... Ive lived here for two years and I can tell you its not the one in the picture they show you. The place is not worth the amount you must pay for rent!!! My dishwasher has never worked. The refrigerator leaks water inside. Thee is no ice maker!!!? They supply ice trays, for two thousand a month??? And the excercise room has never been avaialable to workout in. As well as the steam room. As for the Laundry room, well it will cost about twenty dollars for two loads!!! The lounge chairs by the pool are discusting!!!

Great view from most apts. The staff is nice and the super lives on site so if there is ever an emergency he will take care of it. Rent is a bit steep but the location and view are worthy plus the apt are huge. neighbors are great except for a couple of grouchy ones. MUST LOVE DOGS if not you will hate since almost everyone has a dog.
