El edificio es moderno, limpio y bien cuidado, y cuenta con todas las comodidades que buscaba: seguridad 24/7, gimnasio bien equipado, áreas verdes y una piscina espectacular. El apartamento es luminoso, con una distribución muy cómoda y acabados de alta calidad. Me encanta especialmente la cocina —es amplia y perfecta para quienes disfrutan cocinar— y el balcón tiene una vista hermosa que se disfruta tanto de día como de noche. La comunidad también ha sido una grata sorpresa. Los vecinos son amables y respetuosos, y hay un ambiente tranquilo y familiar que realmente se aprecia. Además, la administración ha sido muy atenta y profesional desde el primer momento. En resumen, mudarme aquí ha sido una excelente decisión. Si estás buscando un lugar que combine comodidad, seguridad y calidad de vida, sin duda recomiendo este condominio.

Amazing, modern buildings that make you feel like you are living in luxury. The amenities along make you never want to leave home. Shout to Nicole, the property manager. She has been nothing short of attentive, prompt and professional during our moving process. We were really anxious moving across the state but she made the experience very positive and seamless!

I’ve been living at Altís Grand Kendall for a few months now, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best apartment communities I’ve ever experienced. The property is modern, clean, and beautifully maintained. The amenities are top-notch — I especially love the gym and the resort-style pool. What really sets this place apart, though, is the staff. Jonathan, the Service Director, is amazing! He’s always friendly, professional, and quick to respond whenever something needs attention. It’s clear he takes pride in keeping the building running smoothly. Huge thanks to him and the whole team!

The amenities make this place feel like a hotel. The apartments are brand new and very spacious. Jonathan, the service director made everything so easy! Melissa is also very welcoming and friendly. I’m so happy since I moved here, 10/10 would recommend!
