Living in this apartment community has been a generally positive experience. The staff truly make a difference. They are consistently available, responsive, and willing to help at every step of the process. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed promptly, and the team was patient in guiding me through the paperwork and requirements. Overall, if you value attentive, responsive management and price, this is a great place to live.

Jodesty2213 Is an absolute liar, not one thing mentioned was accurate. Imagine trying to get your lease renewed and have to meet with———. Both ladies are extremely unprofessional nor have basic people skills..

I agree this place got so out of control ever since ----- became the manager. Also ----- and ------ rude is hell they talk to people like they own this place especially ----- I guess because she worked over there for her entire 60 years that's why she think it's ----- City Apartments and she move all her -------- peoples over here. A bunch of ------- kids running outside like animals and ----- as the manger do nothing about it. But then again they -------- like her. Maintenance just go in your unit with out announcing themselves and they are a bunch of thieves. I wouldn't let my dog move at Park City.

Park city is good cause of the lowest rent but other than that stay away from them. Management is terrible they always charge you $100 1 day after the 30th of each month but never give you a receipt for that $100 I guess that there money to share.......Johanne think she's the owner of the buildings she a real ----- Marie is a little bit ok to talk but johanne can't stand her. Must of all choose park city if there are no other choices. Stay away.....anmueyyyyyyyyyyy. what they call park for the kids doesn't have any toys what a bad place to leave. They let all kind of people move in they don't care for nobody cause both managers moved out always someone sitting on the stay smoking weeds can't wait to move out I just have to do my closing costs that day I will be so happy to leave that ------ apartment. They have a security guard who only seats in front of the office all night what a mess. I will take more than a year todescribed how bad my experience with park city is. Don't move there period...

RUN DO NOT RENT FROM THEM , THE ENTIRE STAFF IS RUDE MAINTENACE STAFFS DON'T SPEAK ENGLISH THEY DON'T KNOCK ON THE DOOR BEFORE THE COME IN. THE OFFICE ALWAYS CLOSED JOANNE AND MARIE NOWHERE TO BE FOUND AND THEY SUPPOSED TO OPEN AT 8:30 THEY DON'T COME IN UNTIL 9AM, 10AM. THEY DON'T FIX OR CHANGE ANYTHING AND THE APARTMENTS , MARIE IS ALWAYS CHARGING PEOPLE FOR SOMETHING BUT UNABLE TO SHOW PROOF OF IT, SHE THINKS SHE OWNS THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX ,OVERALL THIS PLACE IS WOULD BE A GREAT PLACE TO LIVE BECAUSE OF THE RENT IS CHEAP , MARIE THE MANAGER AND THE STAFF MAKES IT UNBEARABLE TO LIVE . THE OWNERS OR THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY SHOULD GET NEW STAFFS

I have lived at Park City Apartments for over seven years in building 865 and disagree with the negative reviews posted. The management team is extremely helpful and always willing to help. Marie who is the manager has stayed after hours and come in on the weekends when the office is closed to meet residents for lease renewals she goes above and beyond. Johanne takes time and has a lot of patience from time you enter the door as an applicant to go over all requirements with you and makes the move-in process painless. She treats everyone with respect and enjoys helping all .The maintenance staff are very helpful and always willing to lend a hand. There is no other place that I would call home.

Resident since 2011 this place has gone downhill. Management team is very unprofessional and obnoxious. The repair guys speaks no English bangs at your door like police and walked in without saying why they are there. Marie is the office manager she's a little bit more easier to deal compare to that ------ name Johanne. She's the worst, she acts as if shes doing you a favor. The apartment complex isnt that bad,pray that you live on the 3rd floor. Most people with children care less about the amount their kids makes. Theres always some weirdo lurking in the back of the building smoking weed. Security at night is bogus. Oh by the way the mail boxes in building 825 someone always break them open so your mail isnt safe. Even though the price for the apartment are good I wouldnt recommend them. This place is trashy. Finally after the 3rd of every month the late fees is $100.00 after the 3 day notice eviction is files and you have to pay an additional $100 "for lawyers fees". These people are crooks. Run fast

Moved there back in 2010 with my baby. Management stuff is somewhat nice. Maintenance crew speak no english not that friendly. I live in blg 825 infested with roaches. Carpet are never relplaced even when previous tenants move out. Also infested with these little bugs that are constantly making me and my baby sick. Neighbor upstairs extremely noisey always stumping running regardless of time. yes price is good but dont highly recommends. Breaking my lease early

I moved in park city about a year or 2 after they were built. I never had an issue or problem at all when I moved in they place was nothing other than spotless you know sometimes when you move into apartments you usually have to go behind them and do your own cleaning I didn't even have to do that at all the staff has always been nice especially Marie who I think now is the manager she had just started working there just before I got married and left. I would recommend Park city to anyone who asks as a matter of fact I'm trying to get back there out of all the apartments I have lived in Miami I have to say Park city is indeed the cleanest. I have moved to Park City Apts since January 2013. The day I received my keys I felt at peace. I was 8 months pregnant at the time. My sister and I walked in to an amazing well cleaned apt with a friendly staff. We checked everywhere in the apt and had nothing negative to say.The electricity was on so I was able to check my central a/c which is a BIG plus for me, along with other areas. Nevertheless,the kitchen looked brand new, everything worked. The bathroom was also clean to my expectation. For a first time mom I can truly say, I am well pleased with the cleanliness of my new home with no bugs.I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a fresh start. With the friendly staff you will feel just the way I did comfortable and happy.The only thing I wish my apartment had a washer and dryer in my unit and or elevator :( other than that i'm ok.
