This is one of the worst Apt. building I have ever lived in. The pool looks like a swamp most of the time and sewage over-flows in the parking lot. Because of the constant vandalism they closed the rec room off the lobby, all the pool chairs were stolen and never replaced and all the vending machines were removed because of the constant vandalism. <br><br>The elevators break down at least once a week, and the building maintenance is mediocre at best. Loud stereos, rap music blasting in the middle of the night, worthless security... this place is a pit. I am out of here at the end of the month, Thank-God. Do not even think about living here!

I have lived here for three years. The building itself is well maintained. Any maintenance issues that might occur are handled promptly. The apartments are huge, walk in closet, vanity area, diswasher. During my stay here it has been quiet. My olny problem is that the elevators are consistantly inoperable (only one working) at times. The parking is sometimes rough on the weekends.
