Fui inquilino de un edificio en Coinco y la verdad fue una buena experiencia. La verdad la property manager Marta fue una manager excepcional y no te go quejas ni de ella ni de la empresa. Siempre fueron muy atentos y me resolvieron cualquier problema lo más pronto posible. Volvería alquilar con ellos por que siempre me ayudaron en todo momento. Es una empresa excepcional y la manager Marta es muy amable y siempre me ayudó de la mejor manera.

DO NOT RENT FROM COINCO!!! THEY HAVE A PROPERTY MANAGER NAMED ------ THAT IS A LYING CONNIVING SNAKE. THIS WOMAN PICKS AND CHOSES WHO TO CALL DEPENDING WHAT NEWS SHE MUST GIVE. WHILE SIGNING THE LEASE, WE WERE GREETED BY 4 COCKROACHES. WAS TOLD APARTMENT WAS PROFESSIONALLY CLEANED WHEN IT WASN’T AND FUMIGATED WHEN IT WASN’T. ------ ONLY CALLED FUMIGATOR BECAUSE THE ROACHES CAME OUT WHILE SIGNING LEASE AND SHE KNEW DAMN WELL WE WERE STATING IN AIRBNB’S AND NEEDED TO MOVE ASAP. RIGHT WHEN WE MOVE IN, WE HAD TO THROW 2 FUMIGATION BOMBS, CHANGE AC FILTER OUT OF POCKET BECAUSE THEY HADN'T CHANGED IT IN YEARS AND CLEAN PROFESSIONALLY BECAUSE THERE WAS TERMITE DUST REMAINS ALL OVER APARTMENT. THEY PLACED NEW FLOORS AND DIDN’T EVEN CAULK THE EDGES AT ALL AND EVEN NOW I AM STILL WAITING FOR LIGHT COVERS TO BE PLACED, BATHROOM FAN TO BE REPAIRED AND MOLD SPOTS ALL OVER BATHROOM TO BE ADDRESSED. IT HAS NOT EVEN A MONTH AFTER MOVING INTO 541 SW 42ND STREET BAHAMAS GARDENS APARTMENTS AND THE ROOF COLLAPSED IN THE LIVING ROOM!!!!! O HOW GREAT THEY CAME THAT SAME NIGHT, BUT THEY DIDN’T COVER THE HOLE, THE OFFERED A HOTEL YET ONLY PROVIDING 3-DAY CREDIT? THE NEXT DAY WE HAD 5 CONTRACTORS IN OUR APARTMENT AN OWNER AND TWO ROOF GUYS PUSHING WATER OUT OF THE ROOF. MIND YOU THIS IS AFTER WE CLEANED AND WAS UNPACKING OUR BELONGINGS, NOW CLEAN AGAIN BECAUSE OF DUST EVERYWHERE FROM ROOF FALLING, NEW AC FILTER BECAUSE OF THE DUST FROM COLLAPSING AND WAS GIVING 3-DAY CREDIT. 3 DAYS FOR A ROOF COLLAPSING IN OUR APARTMENT NOT EVEN A MONTH AFTER LIVING THERE A BEING GIVEN AN APARTMENT IN ITS CURRENT STATE FOR $2K IS A ROBBERY. BEFORE RENTING CHECK IF PROPERTY IS OWNED BY CINCO AND RUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have had to end my lease due to the unprofessionalism of this company. After finding a severe black mold issue throughout the unit, I documented and sent photo proof of the areas with mold, and months later I’m still being ignored. They did not give me the landlord tenant act (make sure you ask for it!) when it passed in may of 2022, which it should have been given to everyone on their property. The washer and dryer we’re listed as functioning amenities and those have also not worked during the duration of my lease. Very unprofessional, very much slumlord vibes. Do yourself a favor and do not rent from coinco properties. $1750 for a black mold infested studio with appliances from probably 1995 and a toilet from a school bathroom. This place is a joke

650 N.W. 122nd Street The manager is a thieve. He gives your keys out to other tenants. He goes into your apartment and take anything he wants. He put a posion substance in the compressor of the AC unit, because I told he smokes marijuana. I, moved and his boss Alexa lives in the building next to mine. She told him where I live. He comes to my new place and does the same thing, because this place is also crooked. They installed electrical wiring illegally. The lady lives nextdoor to me are family members, and expect for me to allow her to use my hot water switch to supply electricity. Humberto Alvarez is related to a HOA member. I have a sue in place for coinco and Humberto. I'm waiting for the State attorney to issue a arrest warrant for the assault with a deadly substance. Do not rent from this company, nor any of the properties. Alexa and her daughter knows exactly what he does, and allows him to steal, harrass tenants. He's a very evil individual. He comes every weekend , just to pay me back, because I, have taken legal action towards all of them. The worst company to be associated,or rent from. Save yourself the headache and money. He's a racist, and only harrass women. Don't ever trust them.

Esto aquí es un favoritismo, Coinco siempre tiene la razón aunque la razón la tenga el cliente. Es unos de estos condominios dónde si no conoces a la dueños no conoces a los gerentes. La verdad que no vas a llegar muy lejos. En esta compañía no puedes exigir. Si dices algo caes más y de una manera o otra siempre de salen con la de ella. En muchas ocasiones cuando te vas del departamento te quitan parte del depósito porque según ellos tiene que darle mantenimiento al departamento, cuando el inquilino regresa el departamento cuál se lo dieron y ellos no le hace mantenimiento durante el tiempo de estadía no pueden esperar un departamento más nuevo este fue el caso de la inquilina de la 3101 W Flagler. No rentes aquí tanto María como Martha son una estafadoras. Nunca le digas sus verdades en la cara son señoras que se pone muy brava. Está compañía es de lame botas

I love this community because the place is beautiful the Staff the manager here Elizabeth is Soo nice and polite she's always take care every single detail I see her working sometimes 1am cleaning outside she really love this place ,plus vivian, Marta,Lia they work too on the company and they are Soo beatifull people and polite too ,all this hard time with the corona virus ,this people the I'm mentioned take care of me and work with me ,they are Soo really humans care I love my house and the place is great thank you ALL THE COINCO WORKERS ,I love you all and thank to make this place a real beautiful place to live THANK YOU COINCO GOD BLESS COINCO AND ALL THE WORKERS THERE .AMEN

The manager of 301 nw 5 av la manager maria es una persona que pone sus problemas personales con sus inquilinos tienen ella y su hija caridad pelas con inquilinos y estuvo a su hija viviendo hay en el apartamento 13 de gratis sin que ustedes lo supieran la persona que vivía hay se fue pero quedó como si esa persona viviera hay pero mentira era su hija y tiene a un miembro de su familia viviendo hay y fumando drogas donde hay niños gracias espero que vean esta mensaje ya que es muy importante no todo lo ven en ella es cierto

I don't like this community because the manager maria is under alexas wings and can fired everyone she wich too and her daughter caridad makes a lots a trouble the can coinco a sued because she invade peoples privacy and divulged peoples illness wich is ilegal under hippa law i use to live at 3101 nw 5th ave and she violated my medical condion to a neighbor

I have never lived in an aprtment complex before where the management LIES about getting repairs fixed. Phone calls are not returned and dates promised for repairs drag on for months. My son was almost electocuted in the bathroom by a faulty GFI and fuse box. Now I have floor tiles in the kitchen buckled and loose, and the clas sin the front door is missing. I just called their main office again today. My next call will be to the City of Miami Beach

I have lived in their apartments at 3084 SW 27th Avenue , around 3 years. its a quiet community but often outdoor lights are out. there is slow or no reply to any concerns and to get anything fixed in this apartment its a bureaucratic nightmare. there are serious safety issues (Two days after someone fix my window, my apartment was robbed). I have just had it with their "its your problem attitude" specially since they charge an amount extra from the rent as an appliance "repair insurance", if anyone intents to move here you may want to be aware of these issues.
