Living in this community has been the best experience I have had. The staff and maintenance really made the experience very pleasant. I find this property the best I have been in for years. I look forward to my experience here.

Elevators are left unlocked, units are not “flawlessly finished” as advertised but the amenities and staff are amazing :) Maintenance could be a bit more proactive and understanding, they kind of try to gaslight you sometimes. Overall relatively satisfied. Safety is a bit of a concern, tailgating is frequently allowed and parking garage is shared with retail with no physical barrier of separation. Lobby elevators are left in an unlocked state would be easy for someone to get up, which can be nice for delivery but a risk nonetheless

Excellent location, across from Coconut Grove metrorail station, close to supermarkets, walking distance to K-8 school. Beautiful building with excellent amenities. Very quiet, you cannot hear the metro at all even though next door.

Thank you to the leasing team for helping me find the perfect home. Moving it’s stressful and nothing like dealing with a likeable team to help me through the process. The pool is beautiful, the gyms are amazing and nothing like the convenience of taking the elevator down to total wine. I’m happy Grove Central is my new home. ??
