From November 2024 through October 2025 we were very satisfied with the building. No issues. However, in the Fall of 2025, a number of college students moved to the apartment below us (1218). Ever since incident have been a constant. Big fat parties with outsiders until early morning hours, smoking, singing and (probably) drugs in the balcony etc. Rest has become impossible for our family ever since. Despite numerous notifications to concierge and management team (including various videos showing these neighbors breaching the terms of the lease agreement) the situation remains the same. No solutions / options offered to my family despite the aggravated situation we are experiencing since October 2025.

Despite numerous notifications to concierge and management team (including various videos showing these neighbors breaching the terms of the lease agreement) the situation remains the same. No solutions / options offered to my family despite the aggravated situation we are experiencing since October 2025.

Previously, the fob was unreliable but would eventually work after multiple attempts. However, since last Friday, it has stopped functioning entirely. As a result, I have been locked out of the garage and elevator on multiple occasions. I have had to wait outside the garage for several minutes with no success, and ultimately walk to the lobby to request assistance from the concierge to access my floor (20th floor). Additionally, I am currently unable to use the gym on the 8th floor without walking up and down multiple flights of stairs and asking others to open secured doors for me. When parking on the 5th floor, I must also exit through the lobby and use the stairs, as my fob does not grant access. This situation has been extremely time-consuming and physically exhausting, and it significantly disrupts my daily routine, and I'm being ridiculously charging 100 bucks for this ‘technology fees’?

Excellent staff, very helpful and knowledgeable. Building is very clean, security is great. Ease of access to amenities, wifi signal is excellent throughout the building. Very happy with the lease agreement and move in.

Wonderful building centrally located and easy to get to Brickell, restrauans, the airport, and many nearby areas with the metro at your doorstep. and the building has plenty of events for Social to complement the excellent amenities.
