Horrible!!!!!! Smells like mold and mildew!!! Maintenence is horribl. Staff accuses you of not smelling anything when you feel sick from mold and mildew!!! They force you to live for 14 month. When you are feeling sic. Weed smoke in the hall and elevator. Don't move here whatever you do !!!!

Lots of unnecessary run around from office. They're never on the same page regarding information. They tell you one thing than another staff member will give you another story. Always asking for paperwork you already submitted. No organization apparently.

So far everything has been great nice unit with nice finishes, clean areas nice gym just wish it had a smith machine or barbell bars. Spacious closet for a studio. Moving process was easy and leasing office was very helpful

Great newer building, modern and beautiful amenities, as well as awesome staff. Centrally located in the south Miami-Dade County area, but a long drive to downtown area if that is where you work... Nice interior parking garage.

It's a beautiful place to live. Managment needs to work harder because some tenants are a nightmare. Also, there is not enough parking lot and you have to waste time to find an spot every single time you want to park here. For the rest, everything is very nice.

Soleste bay village is magical it's safe it's quiet it's unique the grocery stores are up the block the way the front desk treat their guest are unreal the tenants here are so happy and say hi everything is new I love my new home

Jennifer was very kind thank you to her for explaining all the details and giving us a tour around the building. The building is beautiful and very maintain I always see the cleaning lady she's very kind.

I have been living here for one month and haven't had the best experience thus far. The elevator always has dog urine. Also I was promised by Jennifer a code for downstairs to unlock door for guest and it still hasn't been completed after various emails/attempts talking to the leasing office.

Management needs to do better when it comes to the needs of the residents make sure you handle each request that needed and not send us information and not do anything they need to be strict when it comes to pets and the up keep 24 hours reliable care when needed it

The apartment and the amenities within the complex are very nice and well maintained. But the process of getting this apartment was very stressful due to a lack of communication or ability to get in contact with anyone from the leasing office. Would definitely recommend the building! But if you are looking to move rather quickly, just know it will be a very long and tedious process.
