I've been here almost a year and I absolutely love it. The only thing that could be challenging at times is parking. I don't like how we're limited to only one spot, but I understand the demand for it.

the apartment has a spacious and luxurious vibe. I also appreciate that they have one month free of rent, which really balances out the monthly rent rate. The environment looked very nice. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and ready to show us around and ready to help us to secure our home. I really appreciate their support. I want to see what the pool looks like once the pool is complete. It looks like the pool isn't done yet, but they said that it's supposed to be finished by June

Muy buena su atenci?n, la comunidad es muy c?moda y tienes todas las amenidades que pudiera necesitar para los ni?os. Mucha seguridad y control. En lo que a mantenimiento se refiere las respuesta son r?pidas

Thank you very much to the new management team. You guys have addressed and corrected on going issues that the last team did nothing about. The dog poop situation has gotten A LOT BETTER, the marijuana smell issue has been addressed. New lighting everywhere, pool renovation, etc. so happy to have you guys. God Bless

Nice place..very well maintained..staff is friendly and always willing to help with any issues appearence is very much worked on on a daily basis. Units are roomy and spacious. Very famiy oriented community

Great community great service. I love how clean it is and how the staff are friendly. Great community for renters who have pets as well. The dog park is well kept and super clean. My son loves the field

El lugar de sus sue?os, muy buena atenci?n y el lugar, mejor imposible. Impecable limpieza en todas sus ?reas, apartamentos bien proporcionados y los espacios bien utilizados. ?reas comunes con todo lo que se necesita.

Personal super atento, sobre todo Neysa que fue la persona que nos atendi?. Todo bien orientado y super bien explicado. De hecho, decidimos rentar lo antes posible por las comodidades del lugar y lo agradable y profesional de su personal.

E tomado la mejor decisi?n en venir a este condominio muy satisfecha por la atenci?n el lugar hermoso , la limpieza q hay muy tranquilo la zona ,bonito lugar para disfrutar de la convivencia en familia

Great place to live in as a small family. They keep everything very clean which I absolutely love. And they are maintaining the community with great team. Always solve problems with respect and very fast. Thank you.
