The apartments have bad termites the management never does anything about but send an apology email. The office lady (Francy) is very rude she always hangs up in peoples face as if it's not her job to help the residents, and if you go to the rent office, she will lock the door and sit there and watch you. The washing room near my unit has been down since I moved in, so I have to walk on the other side of the apartments just to wash. They never come fix anything I've been contacting them through my online resident portal and calling their regular lines and even the emergency lines. If you live in the back near the lake all you smell is duck feces and of course your bound to step in it. The worst and nastiest apartments!!!!!

Since I have been resident of Centre lakes Apartment Community the Office and Maintenance Staff has been very Courteous and Prompt I would like send a special thank to Hans (Maintenance) for help it is greatly appreciated

I have been a resident since 2017 and I can say the staff is very helpful. Maintenance is always available when you need them and the community is very quiet and neighbors are nice. it is very close to everything, you just jump on 95, the palmetto or the turnpike and you are anywhere within minutes.

The apartment community is very quiet and the neighbors are friendly. My first day moving in many residents that I ran into said "welcome to the community". The staff is always friendly and willing to help.

This place is garbage,not only it is overpriced, management don't focused on the well maintained of the property,starting buy the lake,it seems like they never clean that areas, When it comes to infestation,it's a disaster, not only when you put a serious request pertaining to maintenance of which they ignored,but the majority of problem occurs in this place stayed unresolved...most of the neighbors have dogs,and they barely picks up after them,so watch where you walking.....and parking lot is not marked properly,so when you park in an area that seem to have grass,they tow you car ....so beware!!!! This place is horrible,I will never suggest this place to anyone..??????????

This place is nice as far as neighborhood however recently there's been problems about termite. The manager suck and she is doing nothing to fix the problem. When have something broken it takes two weeks for them to get the work done. The maintenance men are hard workers and not a problem but the manager and the people in the office don't care for you at all. All they care is for the money.

I m reporting Center Lake Apartments III Ltd on 15754 N.W. 7 th Ave apt# A Miami, FL 33169. Since December of 2012 I ve been complaining about the tub inside my resident. The tub have cave in with a huge hole. The walls are slow deteriorating, the living condition at the complex is kept in very poor condition I ve been told many time that the repairs will be done and yet nothing has been done yet. I have a 1 year old child and I m afraid that he will fall into the tub and get hurt. Since the repair hasn t been done I ve decided to hold back on the rent until those problems get fix. Please find the enclosed are pictures of the problem needs to be repair.

I lived at this place for 2 years. By the second year It started getting pretty bad. There was a robbery. The area is pretty dark at night which is a huge safety concern for a single female. On top of that there was someone who broke into one of the vacant apartments from mine at the time and one night when I got home I happened to look out my window and some guy was peeping over my little patio. When he realized I saw him he took off. Needless to say that was the last time I spent the night in that apartment. Try someplace else safety is way more important that affordable.

This place is not bad. I presently live in the 1/1 apartment, and I've been here over a year now. Staff here are professional and punctual when it comes to maintenance. I've reported problems with the a/c unit and stove, and the problems were fixed that very same day. You never find children playing in the parking lot(where it is unsafe) nor do you hear unwelcome noises at night. People mind their own business. They do not allow pets, so that's a plus. Would continue to live here, but things are getting expensive and they raise the rent every year, and that's not good for someone like me who's on a tight budget
