? I would like to express my concerns regarding the current condition and management of the community. Unfortunately, the overall environment has significantly declined. There is a persistent issue with cleanliness, particularly due to pet waste not being properly disposed of, which creates unpleasant odors throughout the property. Additionally, the dumpster and trash areas are frequently in disarray, suggesting either a lack of awareness or disregard among residents regarding proper waste and recycling practices. The dog park, which should be a well-maintained amenity, is often left in an unsanitary condition, making it difficult for residents to enjoy. Furthermore, there appears to be little to no control over access to community amenities, as non-residents are able to enter and use these facilities without restriction. Overall, these issues reflect a need for improved enforcement of community standards and better resident accountability. Addressing these concerns would greatly enhance the quality of life for all residents

I’ve really enjoyed living here. The community is peaceful and well maintained, and the management team does a great job creating a welcoming environment with events and thoughtful touches throughout the year. The amenities like the pool, gym, and clubhouse are clean and enjoyable, and there are plenty of walking areas throughout the property. Maintenance is always quick, professional, and reliable, which makes a big difference. Overall, it’s a comfortable and well-managed place to live.

In my second year here, what I’ve experienced is it’s nice, quiet, and pretty clean. Parking is atrocious, it’s one of my biggest complaints. As for its cleanliness I just wish the pet owners would clean up after their pets. The gym could do with an upgrade, more free weights would be ideal. As for the apartments I’ve had issues with mold, to the point there I’ve had to buy ways to try to prevent it. Still shows up though, it’s something to keep in mind. The staff is friendly, and maintenance is always available.

Honesty … keep looking, don’t waste your money .. If it wasn’t so overly expensive to cancel the lease I would have done so months almost immediately. It looks cute at first and the staff is friendly day one and then you move in and you notice everything no wrong with the place …

there are a few areas where the community and apartment features could be improved. For starters, the pool hours are often inconsistent, and the game room and other amenities are sometimes closed even when they’re listed as open, which makes it hard for residents to enjoy what we’re paying for. In the apartments themselves, some of the features and appliances seem to be cheaply made and require frequent repairs. For example, our microwave has broken down three different times in just two months, which has been very inconvenient. There have also been ongoing issues with towing that make it difficult for guests to have a positive experience here. The combination of these problems has made living here less smooth than expected, and I think better communication, consistency, and quality control could really improve the overall resident experience.

I love the Cortland life. Everything is well kept and clean. Feels like I live in a are very happy here. Wouldn't wa t to live anywhere else. I recommend Cortland to all my family.

Nice community that is pet friendly! Love that it is quiet and has a lot of greenery. The food trucks happening weekly is a plus! Happy we moved in to Cortland South Kendall. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for their new home.
