I'm disgusted with the new assistant management here Melissa Thomas. I have been going back and forth with her on the phone now for quite some time about the whip program which she claims to not know anything about or refuses to connect me with the manager. I finally got the whip woman on the phone with me and went down to the office so that I could gather information with both of them present but she refuses to answer any questions she is extremely rude and I am disgusted.

I use to live in these apartments back in 2002. I see that much has not changed. Urine infested staircases. Broken elevators that smell like urine. People leaving trash in the hallways. Broken sewer line that use to flow into the parking lot. Most importantly, a management staff that did not care to clean or assist in the betterment of the community. You can not place new management there with the same mentality.

I was told a 2/2 to rent wud be $1400 a month. When I seen my appartment, it seem as if it was abandoned. Everything had to be replace, from kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and etc. I was told if it's not broken (regardless of the condition) it will not be replace. I had have to pay extra for that. To renovate my appartment, my rent will be $1565 a month. I agreed and this is what I got as renovation. Not only was I extremely disappointed, but appliances were very cheap and the workers has no experience at all. Remind you my AC stop working.

I am happy with Oak Grove because they have been good to me. The new company has delivered great service. I Love my apartment size and the view is beautiful. This location is SO close to the highway I-95. I also love the park so close to my apartment. The new staff in the office has been helpful to me every time I see them. I am also so very happy with maintenance fixing my garbage disposal when I asked, the same day. Thank you!! -Fin Fin

I hate this place. The new manager is no better than any other he acts like he concern but to me he is not. The roaches are horrible. It takes forever to get something fix. I hate to drive in the complex it look so ugly this place needs a major upgrade, just paint the outside. This is a very old building needs a lot of work inside and out. The pools never working. They worry about parking I think not, worry about fixing the apartments. But of course not it's all about money. To sum it all up this is no place you want to live.

Worst... dirty, bad security, bad maintenance, bad and greedy management. They always change worker or staff in the office. Elavator always in bad condition. I left this apartment bec never fixed the unit. Everytime i renew my lease i requested to repaint the bathroom and kitchen but it never happened. Before i left this place, i reported the things that need to be fixed b ut never been acted. I was shocked when i found out they charged me a lot bec of maintenance needed. This is so unfair.

I have lived at these apartments 4 years now. I can honestly say that things hadn't always been the best but I feel safe and the apartments are decent. There is new management here as of Nov 2015. Things have greatly improved now. The new Property manager and staff are professional and courteous. I had a pipe burst recently in the walls above me. The property manager came to my apartment himself and had all damage fixed promptly and did a couple other maintenance items I needed done right away. This is the best place in Miami you will find for the price. I'm American from the Midwest. This community is mostly foreigners who don't speak much English. This is Miami-Dade county. That's how it is here. See for yourself. I'm fine with this because at least they all mind their own business. I kind of like only saying hi and bye to people I don't know. I mind my own business too.

I went in to Oak Grove back in November. There was alot of back and forth with the program I was using. The assistant manager at Oak Grove had so much patience with me and was so nice. She told me dont give up. Overall the office staff was friendly. The apartment i was shown was amazing. I have already recommended two of my friends which one has moved in already.
