The overall rating is good, only issues are the parking… there is never parking and I have a bad back so walking hurts. The only other thing is the sound proofing for these apartments, we are right by 104 and we can hear every car that passes

Jessica and the rest of the team were amazing in helping me with making the decision of moving to Cortland at the hammocks. The community is truly amazing, peaceful, clean and really is home. There is always fun activities for everyone to enjoy.

I’ve been living here almost two months and So far so good. The move in with Romy went really well she’s great. There are some things that still need to be worked on and Maintenance is always working when requests are submitted. Overall they get back to you pretty quick.

Community is fair, the price is within fairness. But they label themselves are a luxury community. To me luxury is ALL inclusive, every corner, every inch. If you walk the compound, you will see it needs A LOT of work and cleaning up. No I am not talking about the mess related to the remodel of pool, etc. Still, I do love living here and LOVE my updated apartment.
