The building is in good conditions. I dont have a problem with anything so far, i will not say that we live in a five star hotel but we are very comfortable and happy with our apt. The rent is good for my wallet and i dont have to worry about my safety. I like Nassau and i will recommend to anyone that wants a descent economical place to stay

I came here from another state, i used to live in Alabama before i moved to miami. I have been to many places as i ahve traveled with the navy. When i moved here i lived at other places that i didnt like but i found Nassau and i thank god everyday. The girls are so helpful and they talkn to me when i have a problem and always try to fix it and that makes me oso happy to know that there are still good people in this world i am 72 years old and i have lived alot, i know good people when i see them and Gretter and Milly are the best.

I been living here for the past 17 years and i have never had a problem with out been resolved!!
