DO NOT REMT HERE!!! this place is a scam. If you have a problem getting your documentation, they will forfeit your deposit do not give this place your money they have a clause in their contract that says if all documentation is not received within 72 hours they get to keep your money…. The office manager refuse to give me the corporate office number to make a complaint.. I filled out the application on August 25 but never followed up on September 28. I ended up calling her to see if the apartment was available still she replied yes I proceeded to do the application however because my documentation was a PDF she forfeited my entire deposit, she insinuated that I was committing fraud. I work on two jobs an advisor to just call my job. She refused. It is a ploy to get free money. Imagine how many people have given this place their deposit and their deposit has been forfeited. I am absolutely disgusted and to think you can’t even speak to a person that owns the property or a management company that runs the property because she refuses to give the information so if her practices are correct, then why is it not possible to speak to her boss this is the worst place in the world besides the apartment being extremely small for the price..DO NOT RENT HERE!!!’

I don’t know where to start, maybe I could probably start from the shootings or the constant red and blue lights from police pulling in at night or my car getting broken into in the middle of the night. Literally last week we had 2 shootings back to back with some cars getting shot. The people here drive like animals they drive around the parking lot speeding for literally no reason but to waste gas and be idiots their is literally children running around and they are driving like dickheads. This place just sucks in general my car was broken into in the middle of the night and the managers said I have to pay out of pocket when we literally have security guards, I hear gunshots in the distance every other night, people speeding in the roads which aren’t even long and have enough space, everything is dirty, the washing machines don’t work, I’ve been asking to have my bathtub painted and they haven’t painted it it’s been 6 months, for some reason when I make payments the payments don’t go through and I get charge late fees when I paid it 3 days before and I get a late fee on every payday. There are so many things I can go on about on why you shouldn’t move here but I would basically right a 9000 word essay it’s not worth living the prices are crazy and the living conditions are horrible. Bro we had a DEA DRUG RAID COUPLE YEARS BACK!!! Please don’t NOT come here.

There's a reason this place always has vacancy. You will not know this by the entrance. You'll see a gate, security and the staff is really nice but I'm telling you this place is a health hazard. The air inside these apartments is very toxic. I'm not sure what it is. I couldn't cook inside my apartment. If I attempted to fry something even for 30 seconds, all my belongings would smell. If you bring take out, the whole unit would smell. I couldn't store anything inside the kitchen cabinets. This is something that no one talks about. I think the environmental protection agency should investigate these buildings for possible health hazards. Since it was constructed in the 1970's, the construction materials may not meet health standards. Every time I look at that disgusting popcorn ceiling after a long day of work I wonder if I'm breathing asbestos or other harmful substances. For that reason I do not sleep on my back for fear that this dusty crumbly ceiling will get into my air passage and cause me to have lung cancer and other cancers. I never would imagine a home would be so unbearable. When it is suppose to be a place of rest. These apartments are not worth even $500 a month. To top it off I have had neighbors smoking 4 units away from my apartment and the smell would inundate my apartment. There was also a smoker upstairs. The smell just seep through the walls and into my living space. I tried everything. I burned fragrant oils. I buy essential oils to detoxify the air. It was just too much. Don't count of inviting guests over or plan entertainments. On thanksgiving I coughed up blood because of all the cooking smell that bombarded my unit. When the smell is mixed up with the construction material of the building it becomes very unbearable to breath inside the unit. This place is not habitable. The laundry You can forget about it. The machine buttons are all broken. There's only one setting and it is hot. Imagine if you have other clothes that require gentle cycles or different washing speed/temperature your clothes are going to fade and shrink because of the constant hot water. The water in the machine when it is filled up is so dirty. The drain hole inside the laundry always has this smell. If you wash your clothes the smell will get in your clothes. You can forget the dryer, Because you clothes will come out smelling like cooking grease. During my stay there I mostly washed my clothes by hand and use my closet to hang my clothes to air dry. And quickly removed them and place them in storage bins after there are dried. I didn't want odors getting into them. I suffered so much stress staying at that place. Sometimes I just shook my head. I stayed there because of financial reasons. Even then, I think a run down overtown apartment that cost $400 to $500 would be equivalent to this place. I can't believe I paid $900 a month to suffer this hell. After sometime in the apartment I noticed patches of mold all throughout the walls at different location throughout the apartment. And I bet once I move they'll just patch them with paint and the next resident will probably be very uncomfortable.

I currently stay here and this has to be the worst experience I have ever had, roaches no matter how much you clean, mind you I have never in my life seen a bed bug, so one day, I come home from work and I notice a little bug on my bed, so I freak out like WTH is that, so I google everything, and finally, I enter bed bugs, and Lord behold, that's what it was!!!! I'm paranoid to sleep, I'm constantly thinking one is crawling on me, and I cannot find where they are coming from, I flipped my bed upside down, no sign of them, I was recently asked by another tenant do I have bed bugs, I said yes!!! So now I know it's not my bed, it's this place!!! Stay away, they are expensive for no reason at all, and I CANNOT WAIT UNTIL MY LEASE IS UP, I have even considered breaking it, that's how disgusted and paranoid I am, and yes the elevator and stairs way are pissy and dirty, I can go on and on, the maintenance is full of ----!!! I'm still waiting on a kitchen drawer, it's 3 months already, I don't even want it, i just want out this place !

Stay away!! The elevators and the stairwells are filthy and appear not to have been cleaned in years. If Internet service is important to you then forget about it. You are restricted to using their service provider and the service is mediocre at best, you would be better off with dial-up. There are laundry facilities on each floor but good luck if they work. The residence looks good from the outside though.

I am like many others, thought maybe the property was upgraded. Needless to say I have had numerous problems. When you put in a request for maintenance, that goes now where. They come look at when u try and communicate they say don't speak English....They advertise amenities like they gym, playground. ...etc you can forget using because the thugs gamble, smoke and hang in front. No offense to anyone but after 5pm it's like the kids terrorize the property. They knock on your doors, and sometimes kick it also. When you see children walking and playing on top of the buildings you know it's uncontrolled. I can't even let my kid go outside. Oh the one thing that is also extra tacky....there is a tenant that puts his tv outside to play video games with his friends...who wants to walk by that. The worst decision I could have made...Only because I am waiting for my house to be finalized If I could I wouldn't give any stars. One last thing the leasing office staff are there for decoration. Upon moving in the manager known as Ms. A claims they enforce rules....it's a joke. Try calling and making a complaint nothing gets done
