Everything was okay. The complex is clean and close to FIU. It's safe. There are no worries. Neighbours are, on the most part, quiet. The pool is nice. The gym is very good with aerobic and weightlifting equipment.

Love the community and the covenient location to everything. The only isuee is the lack of availble parking spaces. The area is safe, clean and the people are all bery friendly and family oriented.

Living in this community has been challenging due to several ongoing issues. It gets especially noisy in the wee hours of the morning, making it hard to get restful sleep. The parking lot often fills up quickly, leaving limited space for residents, particularly late at night. Another concern is the lack of security overnight, which makes the area feel less safe during those hours. These factors have significantly impacted my overall experience here.
