Pleasant staff, lovely complex. Easy accessibility to schools, churches, shopping, walking trails, bus transportation, and dining. Several neighborhood parks and the campus at FIU provides many opportunities as well.

I haven't been here long yet, but it has been good so far. The move in was smooth and easy, the office staff have been great. The one maintenance request I put in so far was dealt with immediately and I have had no other complaints yet.

The maintenance team did an excellent job. They were courteous and made sure they completed all of the task I asked for prior to leaving. I just moved here last month and I am satisfied with the service.

It's a great community, the gate is finally closed which is I am happy about no real issues to be honest. I just wish that maintenance would actually fix issues that we process rather than saying it's complete, but to my surprise nothing is done.
