I have been living in the building for 4 years and it is a great location with grocery stores, workout studios, restaurants right downstairs. The staff is great and maintenance is very quick and helpful. Re-leasing again because why not!

The solitaire is centrally located close to the beach and downtown activities. They have nice amenities. The office staff is great and the maintenance staff is very responsive and fixes the problem quickly

It's been ok, moving in was a bit of a struggle, the woman who works in the leasing office made some mistakes when booking the elevator and no one is ever at the front desk which was frustrating but overall it got done

Very friendly community, very courteous staff, very flexible with the move process, which helps immensely with the stress of the move itself. I have lived in several buildings here in Brickell and they can be quite inflexible and rude when it comes the moving process. But Solitair was very easy.
