NOT A BOT REVIEW THIS BUILDING USES BOTS TO INFLATE THEIR STARS! Just wanted to take the time to leave my thoughts. First off, this building is the worst of all 10 I have lived in during my time in Miami. I don’t know where to start. Their building is not luxury the appliances are cheap, the floors are cheap, and everything falls apart after a month. The water pressure is non existent and the water won’t be hot for more than 2 mins at a time. There is very minimal security and the elevators are always unlocked. The parking garage gate never works and I GOT MY MOTOR CYCLE STOLEN OUT OF THIS GARAGE. The amount of mental and money I wasted with this building is absurd. Don’t bother moving here or even giving it a shot. Bozzuto should be out of business. This building slowly is becoming unoccupied due to how bad it it.. if you want a ------, moldy, musty, dirty, uninhabitable building that’s over priced then move here. The homeless presence is also awful. Place smells like pee and garbage 24/7.

When we first moved in, we encountered a very disrespectful attitude on his part, when we asked for help, there were always empty answers and an unwillingness to cooperate, as well as rude phrases such as: we do not need residents, you can leave here, we have plenty of other requests, we do not care. Also, now there was a situation where I tried to be as calm as possible and constructively solving the problem with the gift card, which was not issued, but in response I encountered a very arrogant behavior of the manager, who did not want to meet halfway, said that this was not their problem, and also behaved in such a way as to piss me off and provoke a conflict, saying that I have no right to behave like that in the office, although I was calm. The dialogue ended with the manager shouting at me in a rude manner to get out of here and stopped talking to me.
